Got to the shop at 8:30 with my boyfriend, and we saw the chairs were up so we knew they were closing up for the night. Cashier just stared at us waiting for the order and we both decided on the same smoothie so they would be able to use the same equipment. We have both worked food service in the past for years both before and through college and empathized with them being ready to get out of there to go home lol. They didn’t call our order and didn’t respond to either of us saying thank you. It’s not like we walked in at 8:57 and ordered 10 different smoothies. I was a barista for almost 4 years and never got mad at a customer coming into the store I worked at 30 minutes before we closed like? Grow up! Lazy.

I could see the guy working there was alone and stressed so I tried to order quickly and he rudely yelled "hold on" when I started giving him my phone number for rewards. I was going to give him a big tip until he was so f-ing rude to me. So he got zero tip. Maybe train your employees on how to speak to people in a nice way?

Went here when I had a bad sore throat to get a smoothie. I’ve never been to a Jamba, but I asked her for something filling, and she helped me pick out a great one with extra whey protein. She even recommended I get a medium because the soy would fill up the cup to a large, which saved me money. Came back for one 3 times that

I am disappointed when a place that has a "menu" doesn't post everything they offer on their online menu.

Almost 8 AM ...sign says they open at 7AM...lights are on, music is playing, but doors are locked....oh well, went next door to Einstein Bagels instead...they apparently can open on time.

The attention of the employee named Kayson, is horrible, it seems that he is doing you a favor by attending to you, for 6 months we have been frequent consumers in other stores, we always make the same order and everything is fine, but this time our smoothie was horrible, the appearance of the drink looked bad, we wanted to solve this situation with that employee, but his attitude is terrible, he did not want to help us and he almost left us talking alone.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed on October 26th and I stopped by to get her a smoothie around 2pm. I asked the staff member (Older lady that looks like Trunchbull from Matilda) which one of the smoothies she could recommend that didnt have seeds. As anything like that can cause an infection in the socket. The woman responded that none of the fruit used had seeds. Yet I pointed out that strawberries do have seeds. She responded “So dont get anything that has strawberries then.” It was so rudely stated I was a bit shocked. No recommendations…no offer to forego making a smoothie without the strawberries just her snarky comment.

Pretty disappointed in the customer service I received from the manager. He rolled his eyes at me when I placed my order and gave me attitude. I was very uncomfortable the entire time I was there and have no intention of going back. :(

Worst experience ever!I will no longer visit this location as long as the current child supervisor is running the store.I placed an online order for 3 medium drinks and went in to pick up my purchase.I was greeted by the supervisor. He asked, “are you here for a pick up” I replied, “yes”. He then told me to wait as they haven’t yet started my order because they’re busy. I said, okay and asked him to please make my drinks thick. He acknowledged and replied, “yes”.My name was called, I walked up to the counter and noticed there were 4 drinks (2) large & (2) medium. I tried to get his attention as he set my drinks on the counter but he walked away. I called out to him but he ignored me so I called one of the other employees over to me and explained that my order was incorrect. This employee called out to the supervisor which annoyed him. He walked over to us and asked in a rude manner, “What”?I told him, my order is incorrect. I ordered 3 medium drinks, you gave me 2 large & 2 medium drinks. While waiting, I took a sip of the 2 drinks that were mine and they were both watery. His response was, you’re going to have to wait for us to fix it because we’re busy. He was very confrontational. I told him that he was being very unprofessional and rude. I could’ve walked out with the 4 drinks but all I’m asking for is what I paid for and to have it made the way I asked for it to be made. He responded, you should’ve added that to your online order. He then asked me if I was homophobic?JAMBA JUICE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!!(There were several customers by this time and it was just WRONG)I asked him how in the world did we get to this? He proceeded with, well are you?I responded to him, “For your information, my daughter’s gay and that has nothing to do with your terrible customer service”.All I want is what I paid for, no more and no less.I asked for his name since his name tag was not easily in view. He refused to give me his name and none of the other employees came to my aid.I stepped back and waited for my drinks. An elderly Caucasian woman came up to me on her way out and apologized for his behavior and stated, “he was very rude to me too”. I told her I was sorry that was unacceptable.I just spent $30 here and at least should be treated with better customer service than this.I really hope this does not get pushed aside. Please train your employees especially your supervisors to take better care of your customers with which you would not have a business without.Thank you
