Go here very often since I work close by. The employees are always very friendly and professional and the sandwiches are consistently amazing. All the employees deserve a raise or atleast praise.

UPDATE: if your order has been cancelled, CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT. i was told i would be credit back for food i didn’t receive by Ruger and he would email me the receipts. i still have yet to receive my money and a receipt showing this. this manager is sketchy and i believe something bigger is going on with theft and just don’t want anyone else to have theft done to their account. Ruger humiliated me and then told me i’m banned from this store because of this…..and still i have been charged for items not received which by law is theft.This location is unprofessional, unsanitary and unsafe. save your money and time elsewhere.I was charged for food their staff cancelled. i called and was outwardly harassed by staff because i called corporate on them back in july for how i was treated. i ordered off the app and it pulled my order from this location otherwise id NEVER step a foot back into this location and now jersey mikes. they cancelled my order last minute and when i called got told they knew who i was so cancelled my order. unbelievable. then said i was making up white just told me. truly couldn’t pay me to go back into a jersey mike. but yet they took my money and charged me for the food i never got.also the reason i complained to corporate in july was over sanitation concerns which i’ve never reported to a business….i won’t support a business that allows their workers to treat paying customers the way i was. it felt honestly like i was on a tv show because it was such a joke how i was being treated. I talked with Iden? Aiden? it was like talking to a 13 year old.i’ve again reached out to corporate but please do what i did for the year and drive to a different location and don’t waste your money. this was it for me, i won’t be ever returning to any jersey mikes after this last interaction.

Saw an employee (named Iden) spit in a sub being prepared, after joking about putting a hair from the ground on the floor on the sub but it was “funnier” to put direct body fluids in the food. Simply disgusting and repulsive people like this work in a food industry. Especially at the $9 a sub cost.Additionally heard the employees talking about customers who were coming in and out. I will never eat at Jersey mikes again after my disturbing visit to this location. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend commuting to a different location before purchasing anything to be consumed at this location, unless you enjoy eating ones Saliva and being profiled while you’re in the place of business.Managers offer put downs without hesitation but just do not expect any solution with a problem or concern being relayed to “management”.

My biggest issue with them is in store customers are constantly waiting for the main line to make online orders, other that food is good people are nice. Should prioritize people that come into establishment over online IMO.

Awesome subs! Get it's Mike's Way or go home! Brings me back to the days of growing up on the Jersey shore and grabbing subs on the way home. For the best effect let it sit for an hour or two to get soggy. So good! Now you're eating like a local! Highly recommend.
