The food is good! The chili fries are really, really amazing. Our server was this amazing Latina woman who is both attentive and beautiful. Atmosphere is not the best, nor the worst. It is just a typical seat down diner ambiance.Will be back.

When we entered just after 1 p.m., the entire crew seemed to be lounging at the counter. Tables were dirty, and the floor had spills, and no one seemed too interested that we were there. We sat at a booth after asking to be able to sit at one. Our waitress was kind, the food came fast, hot and tasted good. My rating would have been better if the entire restaurant was clean before the staff decided that they should all be on break.

I've been choosing Phyllis Sandwich for many years. Rich mix of flavors amidst finely sliced meat. It is worth it.

I struggled with this review. It's everything you would expect of a Johnny Rockets; however, the hostess struggled with English when I asked for a kids menu. I'm fully supportive of diverse wait staff but they need to be able to communicate in English. Luckily, my daughter speaks Spanish and was able to communicate very well. This being said, everyone was super friendly and made me feel at home so I definitely recommend dining here.
I've had mixed experiences at different Johnny Rockets locations but dined here last night and everything was on point. My son said best burger and milkshake he ever had.Smokehouse burger - bacon and onion rings just right crispy, burger juicy but not greasy. Sauce was flavorful and not overdone. Fries were hot with crispy exterior and soft middle. We both had the chocolate chip cookie milkshake which was divine. Service was good and food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. As with all Johnny Rockets, could reduce the price of the side of fries or offer a combo.

Me and my girlfriend went in on new years day for lunch this was our first visit to Johnny Rockets and they placed us in the very back next to the bathrooms and storage. We sat there for 15 mins without seeing a waitress we asked to see a Manager as we were walking out and they said that there was not 1 on duty this was our first experience and definitely my last we will not be recommending dure to this rude and inconsiderate customer service staff

I was a little nervous when our group of nine sat down in an already halfway full restaurant, at lunchtime, with only one waitress, and one host. But the kitchen crew killed it, and we had our food way quicker than I thought possible. Food was OK but the crew overall killed it :-)

A returning customer but this visit was not as great as in the past. Food was made fresh to order but it there was no 'Wow Factor'. Atmosphere was quite, hardly any music playing and the staff was huddled at the counter most of the meal. Tables and kitchen appeared clean, stack of boxes and such took over a corner by the restrooms. Restroom is small and was dirty. Server was ok, got our orders correct and did their job. 2 burgers, kid sliders, chicken sandwich , onion rings, 2 milkshakes. Overall something was missing, there was no pizzazz. Will be trying out another restaurant at City Creek next visit.
