Stop by this location quite often. Today I attempted to use my app to get a free large fry with my meal. The app said it wouldn't work at the time (time being 10:45 am, end of breakfast is at 10:30 am) I ask an employee if they could help or what I could do.. was told to wait until 11 am. So I did. Then I finally get the code pulled up at 11:10 am and NO ONE WOULD TAKE MY ORDER AT THE REGISTER! so I go to put it through as a mobile order and guess what...? I have to wait another 15 mins because I "used" the in restaurant code already. This is absolutely ridiculous! I already wasted 35 minutes of my day to order McDonald's and now have to wait another 15 minutes and thea manager on duty can't do anything to help me. Maximum incompetence here. 0 out of 5 stars if possible.

This egg shell was in the breakfast.Reported to McDonalds,they had location manager call me wich promissed free meal i did not ask for just to be embarassed when i showed up and store cashier /shift manager told me they have no clue about it.

HORRIBLE, I don't know how such poorly spoken people can work, with my family we have to repeat the order 4 to 5 times and in the same way they didn't understand and delivered it wrong, I will NEVER buy from that place again

Ordered two cheeseburgers only pickle , only ONE pickle boooo
Ordered on the app 10 minutes before I arrived, walked in, gave my table number, then sat for over 30 minutes listening to staff talk on the phone and watched them text while never bringing my food. But when I finally gave up wondering how long they'd let me sit there waiting, they did pretty quickly and politely get me my order (in a bag as if I had ordered it to go).

***VERY RUDE MANAGER***I ordered from the app 1 week ago and while waiting in my car for the order to be delivered, I went inside to use the restroom. The restroom door was locked and as I was walking towards the cash register, someone sarcastically and rudely yelled at me from where the customers were sitting, "If you want to use the restroom, buy something! I didn't understand what was going on and I told him I had already bought something, he said 'ok then show me your receipt', the way he was talking was the rudest person I have ever seen in my life, I told him I bought it online but I didn't even see who he was and how could a customer talk to me boule? I thought about it (I didn't know she was a manager at the time lol) and I told the girl at the counter my order number and the girl at the counter very politely said I was going to the bathroom, at that time the man sitting in the customer area yelled at the girl and said 'make sure you bought something' after he went to the bathroom and left. I took my order and this guy was there too, I would never want to work with a manager like that or even go to the place where he works, he is a terribly rude person, I can't imagine how someone who is so rude even to customers would treat the employees. I wish I had looked at the manager's name

If I could give 10 stars I WOULD Heidi the up most respect for her!! She is a queen and I felt so taken care of if Heidi don’t get a raid by TODAY I will sue I don’t give darn she’s was the BEST!!! Love Heidi!!!!
