Mi buena vida is sooooo good! Best fish tacos I’ve ever had. Amazing chips and guacamole. Everything is super fresh. Great drinks. Delicious mojitos! And the staff/service are first class. Happy to have this restaurant in my neighborhood but I would travel to eat here even if it weren’t nearby.

Great experience all around. The salsa bar was fantastic. Our server made some recommendations and the food came out quickly and served hot. We’ve been looking for a new neighborhood Mexican spot, this is our new ‘go to’!Kid-friendliness: The best mac n cheese we’ve had in a long time.

A new favorite neighborhood spot located at 15th and 15th area. This area is a true gem with multiple options for fun. I love the camarones a la diabla with their homemade flour tortillas. Their fajitas are amazing and healthy. Vegetables and proteins. I recommend this restaurant. Enjoy a stroll over to King’s English bookstore before or after a great meal.

Wow, I'm surprised to read positive reviews of this restaurant after my group's experience last night. We agreed that was the worst Mexican restaurant meal we have ever had. Why? Ingredients not fresh, guacamole was creamy and tasteless, not chunky and bright with lime, garlic and tomatoes. The cilantro was limp and old. The seafood tacos were not fresh - the fish and shrimp clearly frozen as breaded, no seasoning, the pickled onions old. The quesadillas, macaroni, and salmon crudo bland. The black beans with bacon also tasteless and old, served with what was billed as rice with cilantro but was just green, tasteless, rice served barely warm. We sent the rice and beans back to be warmed and when the waiter came to clear the plate he made no inquiry as to why we had not eaten any; this is unacceptable "service". Sadly, we probably would have been better off at Taco Bell.
