I went to this restaurant after seeing 4.7 rating, but the reality was the opposite. I ordered whole fried fish with rice, by the taste of fish I could make out it was cooked atleast 2 or 3 days ago, the menu showed that the fish was served with salad, but I did not get any salad, when I asked for it, the lady at the counter rudely told me there is no salad, the rice was okay but not so good, I paid $16 for stale fish and a boul of rice, not worth it, my recommendation is, avoid this restaurant, there are better restaurants around

Salam alaykum!Staff is very friendly and hospitable.Unbeknownst to us, we came on a night where the restaurant was getting ready for a private party. We were happy to go elsewhere to not bother the party [one main room] but we were graciously taken care of and were offered a take-out option.Everything we tried was I N C R E D I B L E!First time trying Somali food and I was NOT DISAPPOINTED.I was so excited to try Fufu and so happy I was able to. Will definitely be ordering next time. The Chicken Drumsticks were SUPER TENDER. The meat practically melted off the bones.Beef Skoor [Suqaar?] was also tender with a beautiful flavor of tomato, cumin, and bell peppers. HIGHLY Recommended! Please visit Noor Somali. Make the drive. Support local business. You won't be disappointed!
Excellent food, it was very delicious! You definitely have to try the Chicken Drumsticks, they were so tender. Staff was courteous, kind, and food came out quickly!
Best Somali restaurant in Utah, hands down. Food was hot & fresh, great customer service and atmosphere. Got the rice with lamb shank & beef steak and KK(chapati with chicken & sauces). 11 out of 10. Out of this world.

Amazing food. Great spices, freshness, and flavor. Very highly recommend!
Friendly attentive service, easy to order… I really enjoyed the fried fish over colorful rice with a little veggies and curious seasoning ? large plate. The dining room was culturally engaging and calm at the weekday hour I went. Noor Somali is a family restaurant here for 10 years, dine-in or takeout, not fast

We went for dinner. Which is when you might not get all the dishes as a lot of them are over by noon (they are so good that the stock gets over quick - we learnt it the hard way). Order Lamb, Whole Fish and Fried Fish Fillet with rice. The portion size is a lot. The rice is the best part of the meals. The lamb was very well cooked. The fish fillet were fried a little extra (if you mention while ordering, they’ll cook it based on your choice of level of frying - once again we learnt it the hard way). The whole fish was very fresh and cooked to the right extent. Overall, a very pleasant and filling experience. Will probably come back to try some of the other dishes, and Fufu (I have never had it before and it was no more available this time as we reached “late”).
