I usually always give papa johns a 5 star review because I love their pizza. But this time I had to pay with cash and the delivery person had no cash for change! How can a delivery person not have change?? They also didn't speak English at all so I couldn't understand what he was even trying to say other than he had no change.
So I ordered to my hotel and long story short the food was un-eatably wrong and it was too late to reorder and have it delivered.I called and whomever answered the phone took accountability immediately. The next day I get a text from the GM, Joey, asking me to give him a call. I do, and he sets it up so my next week's visit to Salt Lake I would get a free order.Today I am here and I call. With zero hassle my order is taken and sent, even though they didn't have a driver at the time. This time the food was correct AND it was really good.I don't think I have ever left a review for a pizza joint that wasn't in Chicago but I love the customer service. The extra mile is important. Next time I am in town I will order again.

Got delivery, when the order arrived, it was cold and missing half my order. The driver said he’d go get it came back. It look him an hour to come back when the store is only 2 miles way. I called the manager and asked to speak to a manager and he said the driver left 10 minutes ago. I wait another 20 minutes. When I got the rest of the order, it was wrong and cold. .waist of money! Very poor experience! Go somewhere else!!!! I wish I could rate this place/ store a -5.

John and his crew a very tall handsome guy that told his name and I forgot but he’s t starts with a J. He may be Hispanic he was so helpful and kind. Eddison also I’m visiting Utah but this was a great experience and the Pizza was GREAT Thanks again John you guys

didn't even cut the pizza. driver was nice, but didn't speak any english. pizza was cold. was 41 minutes late after longest estimated time (our house if 1.6 miles away from papa johns). driver "had gps" but got repeatedly got lost. L papa johns.

The fact it took 4 times to call you to let you know of a MAJOR error in a pizza my family had ordered is ridiculous. Your team member who answered was rude and very disrespectful. You put crushed red pepper on our pizza and it burned my family's mouths. You do NOT EVER say "not my problem" when you are in fact the reason it happened. You are one that makes the pizzas so how could it not be your fault or problem?! This will be reported to corporate and the BBB.

Rude customer service. I waited 3 hours for pizza that he lied and said was picked up on July 16 he ended up sending a driver and the pizza was cold and hard like it sat for hours. I gave them another chance and it was fine but today July23,2023 10:44 the MOD cutting me off telling me he has no order telling me I can order again. Why would I order another 40$ order refund me my money or send me my food. Livid isn’t the word. Do not eat here they steal money and/or food.

I got the confirmation that my order was ready for pick up at 8:13pm. I showed up at the store 10mins later to pick up my order and it's not even boxed yet. Ok, no big deal. As the girl is boxing my pizza, she asks the other guy where my NY XL pizza is. Turns out they never made it. Now I'm standing here and have to wait another 15 mins for them to cook it, while my other pizza is sitting there getting cold. The entire time the guy at the register is complaining about how swamped they are and there's too many orders at once. I won't ever order from here again.

I haven’t ordered delivery in awhile.. that being said I will NEVER order delivery or carry out at this location ever again! I waited an hour and a half for my food and we called them and said wait another 15 minutes, my order said it had been delivered.. it had not.. we called AGAIN after another 30 minutes. The guy over the phone said “oh it’s here in a bag, waiting to be picked up” Um what?! I told them to refund me my delivery fee and tip. He became rude and sad that would be a hassle. So I told him to cancel it because I would just pick it up. They didn’t offer to remake it or offer anything at all. So I got there and there was my COLD pizza!! What a mess of a location. ?????

MUST READ before ordering....When ordering on line for delivery, the website won't let you pay until you enter a tip for the driver. Seriously.... I want to give the driver a cash tip.SHAME on Papa Johns for requiring a tip for the driver be paid for an my cc. Tell me on your website that 100% of the tip goes to the driver so I feel the driver will really receive it.Change your website to have an option for "cash" under the driver tip. Someone tell me how Papa John's handles cc tips for drivers ? Do you work there ? Give me feedback please, I'm curious.Papa John's- answer my question please.Accountability is important.
