I usually don’t leave bad reviews but we ordered one large meat lovers with olive, mushrooms, and jalapeños and they did not give us any of the veggies! If you’re going to charge almost $42.00 for one large pizza and a cheesy bread then you should at least get it done right. Plain and simple! We will not come back.

I'd long heard about how PJP was among the worst you could eat, but I liked it - until now, thanks to this location. What changed? The sauce, for one thing, which I used to like. But now it tastes like bland oil. Also, they seem to have forgotten what the instruction ADD EXTRA SAUCE means, as it quit arriving on spec as I ordered it. But it tastes weak anymore anyway, so moot point. Another thing: they've stopped the ability to track your pizza delivery. You used to be able to see the location of the vehicle, but not anymore. One of the last times, the deliverer left the pizza box several steps away from my door, it was stunning - a passerby could have easily seen and taken off with it. Lastly, the pizza box arrives unsealed (a sticker) - that wasn't the case a few years ago during the pandemic. It leaves you with an uneasy feeling to see the lid of the box not pushed all the way down, as if the driver wanted to take a look at what you ordered, or worse... Good riddance to this shop, never ordering (from this location, anyway) from them again.

I waited two hours for my pizza and they couldn't be bothered to even get it right. By the time it finally arrived it was stone cold. Don't waste your time with their pizza that'll give you the runs and you have to reheat may as well save some time and get Papa Murphy's if you're going to have to cook it yourself anyways at least they're honest about it?

Our pizza wasn't appealing to the eye at all. We did a half and half, so we thought. It all looked the same. It wasn't very good either.. I think they need more people making the pizzas. It took way too long for our pizza. The worst of all was seeing a girl scratching her ear, then continuing to work in the back with the pizzas. Do these people not take the food handlers' classes seriously? Never will we go back.
It took two hours for them to deliver my pizza, by the time it got to my apartment it was stone cold. Also wanna note that it’s now midnight and the delivery dude was super loud in the hallway I would have never ordered if I knew it was gonna go like

We ordered an hour ago and the door dash driver never rang the door bell and by the time we looked our food was cold. Called the location back explain we felt uncomfortable eating the wings since they sat out on the pouch and Chance the employee was so sweet and understanding of our concerns and offered to make a new order and have it sent over since we live so close. Great hire on your part papa johns he was so sweet and we will definitely be returning customers.
