I wish I had pictures for you, but unfortunately I stuffed my face with Melt Shack's sandwiches and fries two nights in a row and didn't get any photo evidence. I was craving late night food two days back to back (dangerous) and Melt Shack popped up as an option to be delivered. Greasy, ooey gooey grilled cheeses that I added veggies to, and delicious perfectly crispy fries that survived the delivery without getting soggy. I was so impressed. They're located inside of Salt Lake City Eats which is becoming a hub of some of my favorite to-go/delivery spots, and a handful of them are open late! If you go to pick up from Salt Lake City Eats, your food is a put into a locker for you to grab once you sign in with your order number. Or, you can get it delivered if you're lazy like me. This isn't a traditional seated restaurant or food court, it's soley to-go/delivery. Worth the order, for sure! Especially for those late night greasy cravings.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PICKUP: Just ask the guy in charge inside the little room for your order and he'll get your name and unlock your door. The food was good! however the only gripe that I have that bumps a star down is the fact that for a bacon cheeseburger (not a double), fries, and a drink it ran me 19$, without delivery. Other than that great classic burger.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian option was weak. Cheese wasn't melted and almost not mushrooms and way too much everything else so it was a sloppy mess and a patty melt should have melted cheese.

Bad service! I ordered my cheeseburger at 9:30am and went to pick it up at at the pick up time of 11:45 and waited an hr and the order was still not ready. I had to beck to work so took off without Lunch. And disputed the charge on my card.

Hard pass! The ordering process is simple, BUT, picking up the order is a HEADACHE! The process isn't intuitive. You walk into a room with a wall of lockers. You scan the qr code and enter your phone number for text updates. Then, if your name appears, you select your name. That process for me returned an error on the screen with NO ONE ON SITE TO HELP. F THIS PLACE
