One of the best viet spots in SLC, never had a bad meal here and even friends from our of town love it. Menu is very extensive with so many options to choose from. My favorites are the roast chicken (fried basically) egg noodles soup, wonton and cha siu egg noodles soup, and combination rice dish are all great. The sweet and savory mini pancake shrimp with coconut milk is really good and not found in many places. Def recommend when in the area, with many other food and dessert options in the chinatown supermarket complex.

After I ordered my food, I noticed how much dust was on the counter. That was my first clue that I should’ve left then. when I ordered my food for two people it came to 30 bucks then when I got the food home, the chicken was dry , the rice was disgusting, and the PHO the noodles seemed that they were glued together. I was so frustrated that I ended up throwing the rice and chicken out and making me and my husband a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

We had a very bad experience, the Nam Vang noodle soup was not delicious, the shrimp paste and tofu vermicelli was unpleasant, the meat was not fresh and it is worth mentioning that there were a few stalks of basil and a few pieces of cucumber, in general there were no more. As delicious as I thought, I felt like I wasted money coming here, I won't come back

Hong Chau is one of my favorite places to eat Asian food. They have a lot of different quality options that you cant get at other restaurants. Im sad to see they no longer do delivery but that won't stop me from stopping in once in a while!

I got the spicy beef the beef didn't taste right little too over cooked. My boyfriend got the crab udon soup the soup was so thick that he had to pour his water into it, it still didn't help loosen the soup up. Our waiter only brought us water didn't suggest anything else besides that.

Hands down THE ONLY authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Utah, I guarantee you. This is someone coming from California and Asian approving it! Banh xeo - super solid, it was so good!! wish it came with more veggies. They give us mints Lettuce and carrots and daikon pickles but not a lot. Nem Nuong Spring Rolls - you know when they have num nuong the place is usually good. The rolls are not Brodard level in California but still really good! Bun Rieu - legit, and so good. Super authentic and packed with umami from shrimp paste, and rib broth. The meat balls were light and fluffy. Noodle comes keynote blood cubes AND Ribs Broken Rice with House Special Combination - amazing! It came with fish cakes, meatloaf, pork, spring rolls etc. we thought it was absolutely delicious and authentic Overall experience and the quality was great. Service can be a bit faster but we did come here during peak lunch hours. The size of each dish was generous which is also another big plus, we came back with left over to eat for dinner P.S Don't listen to the other Karen reviews, they've never tried Vietnamese food

Never experience a bad service to any Asian food restaurant but I had a very bad experience here. I ordered soup and it smells really bad like rotten meat and taste bad so I asked if I can change my food but the server keeps arguing and telling me that there's nothing wrong with the food I ordered. I told them to change my food and offered I'll pay for it but they keep arguing and showing me rude attitude so I decided not to pay and not to order another food even I'm so hungry. I lost my appetite to eat. I highly would not recommend this restaurant because they won't be considering you as a customer if you will had problem with their food. This is the first time I made a bad review to all Asian restaurants I tried. I ended up paying even I return the food, they didn't change or recook the bad food and they're very rude they will fight the customer when there's problem. Be careful here and try other Asian restaurant
