Very interesting flavor combinations, ingredients, and great service. I would certainly dine there again if I were a local. I had the grilled elk loin and my dining partner had the braised SRF pork shank. We shared the blistered shishitos and crispy fresh duck rolls as appetizers. Also shared the olive oil cake and coconut panna cotta desserts. Enjoyed them all!

So proud to have this restaurant right in my neighborhood (though it's well worth a drive). Cocktail program is strong with new offerings being added all the time. I particularly appreciate their willingness to make my martini as requested resisting the common sentiment in Utah to serve a full cup making up the volume any way they can. I, for one, understand bartenders' hands are tied by local laws and would rather have the drink made right even if the glass looks less full. All of our small plates were excellent and we doubled-back for a second plate of hamachi, not to be missed if you're a fan. Olive oil cake was a delicious final touch with one piece being a nice finish for two people after a generous meal. I over heard one person mention the music was a little loud and I did have trouble hearing my lovely wife at times. If there's a knock I guess that's it but you'd be a fool to let that keep you from the delights at Provisions!

I have recently had 2 excellent meals at Provisions. The crispy spring duck rolls are my favorite. The cauliflower and lamb riblets are also very tasty. Last night I shared the sea scallops entree with my friend and they were delicious - perfectly prepared. I'll be back again soon!

I hate having to write a bad review, as this was one of my husbands favorite restaurants in the valley. However, after such a bad experience I'm unsure we will be returning. The food was good, as always, but there was an extremely rude server who spoke down to my family, rolled his eyes, and overall was just disrespectful. All because we had a stroller that was in the way. Which would be fair, except my reservation stated we would have a stroller, and I called prior to ensure this could be accommodated. The table the waiter was serving was very kind and even stepped in a few times telling him it was fine and they weren't bothered, but he kept insisting on being rude. After an almost $200 meal for 4 this just doesn't feel great. I'm not one to leave bad reviews often, and I love exploring restaurants in SLC and supporting local spots, but this experience sucked.

We ordered all the small plates on the menu and everyone of them was executed very well. If you haven't been here before do yourself a favor and check them out. The thoughtfulness of each dish is an experience that will not disappoint. My wife and I travel all over to seek out the best food and provisions is one of those places that will be memorable for you. We will be back for sure.

I got the chicken and waffles, with a side of biscuits and gravy. The chicken is seasoned well and the waffles were firm, but still soft enough to enjoy. The biscuits and gravy was good also... seasoned and a good consistency. I'd only ask that my food be hot next time. It came cooled down.Parking: I parked across the street, in the shopping plaza. No parking spots by restaurant.

Had a really solid dinner for two here on a weeknight a few weeks ago. Some of the best "new American" in SLC (and better than Copper Onion IMO). Shared a bunch of dishes including the airline chicken which was memorably good, also had a great lamb dish. Our salad was good but maybe a little under dressed. Service was 7/10, attentive and friendly but sometimes would go a long time between ordering drinks and getting them (on a weeknight FWIW). The dining room was nice, on par with what you'd expect from this level of restaurant.

I really want to love Provisions. However our experiences here are 50/ 50. Sometimes the service and food are excellent!!! Sometimes they are very below average. This past trip for brunch was very disappointing. Server was doing his best but wasn't having his most attentive day. They were out of all the following: eggs (they did finally get some!), gluten free pancakes, regular pancakes, and decaf coffee (it's the BEST anywhere but they only have it in stock maybe 2 out of every 8 visits. I order it online direct from the company so don't understand why Provisions can't keep it in stock). Granted I don't know how ordering for a restaurant works, but it sure seems Provisions can do MUCH better in that area.

Provisions was great. We had a reservation for 4 people, but more clients ended up needing to join us, and they accommodated us so well. The food was great. And we love Tina. Thank you so much!

Maybe it was an off-day (on a Saturday evening??), but dinner was somewhat disappointing this time. Both entrées, scallops and cacio e pepe, were very, very salty. Decent bottled wine selection, cozy atmosphere. But being a creature of habit, I’ll return.

The food was good but the portions were TINY for how expensive they were. Our party of four shared several plates Our server was great but it was pretty loud with the music playing too loud and with the other guests talking I asked for the speakers to be turned down. I really think everything is priced way too high for how small most things were served. But quality was good. Probably won't go back
