Wanted to love this place however it’s not a place I would visit again. We went out for a dinner date with high expectations with the cost. We ordered the stuffed chicken which I would rate a 4 out of 5 and the ribeye which unfortunately tasted like a very poorly prepared piece of dry tough meat. The meat was lacking in not only taste but the texture was awful I would rate it a 0 out of 5. I’m all for spending money on quality experience and food but we did not receive that tonight with the quality of food. Luckily the service was great otherwise it would have been a disaster. We Won’t be back price vs quality is lacking.

We had a celebration tonight. Our daughter is graduating from BYU tomorrow, and my son is turning 21.Made reservations way in advance explaining we were celebrating two special occasions. The table was decorated very nicely.Tom took care of us so well. The food is great, like always, and don't mention the desserts.Tom knows what customer service is all about. I told him that next time we visit SLC, we will request for him.

Man o man this place is fanominal!!! I know it's an upbeat place but the experience you get here is fantastic. The longest I've had to wait is like 10 min. I love the valet parking and everything. It's awesome. Places like this you should look nice and presentable however I've seen several times people coming in wearing gym clothes or attire that I don't think is suited for this establishment however they've never judged and still treated you as if you were a millionaire! The food has always been Michelin star rated and I've never been disappointed. I'm very greatful that they know it's your birthday or anniversary and give you a personal experience. They got my wife and I desert cause it was our anniversary which was super thoughful.

Extremely overpriced. Brussel sprouts were gross. I think I've had better Brussel sprouts at every restaurant I've ever tried over Ruth's Chris. Potato fingerlings, while super flavorful, were too dry. Asparagus was great (good sauce to go with it), but it's just asparagus with sauce...Steak was good, but not $60 good (filet). The meat is excellent quality, so I think that's what you're paying for. But personally, for my unrefined palate, I need more flavor, or juicier. Banana cream pie was great. The only time I've been ecstatic about the steak here was in like 2019 or something. I'm not sure if it was just the chef or what. Me and my wife shared the porterhouse for two. But we made reservations for like 9:00 on the weekend, and it felt like they really took their time, so the steak was incredible -- a truly perfect steak. Since then I've tried the blackberry venison at 5:30 (right when they opened), and the 11 oz filet at 7:00, and was disappointed

Meat was good, but sides and deserts were nothing to write home about. Service was excellent, however.

The manager Andrew Beatse and the rest of the clowns here are pieces of work…they never apologized for giving my wife and I food poisoning on our Anniversary dinner and have refused to give a full refund. Upon writing Ruth’s Chris corporate, we received the same poor customer service. I don’t know if you know but they were recently bought by a major corporate national restaurant chain, Darden Restaurants, and it’s no wonder their food, service, and overall quality have suffered. Darden also owns Olive Garden so now you are just paying a premium to have Olive Garden quality food. Do yourself a favor and avoid the extreme markup for average food and very poor customer service.

This was our first visit. From the time we were sat until we left we were treated so nice. Tom was our waiter and was super knowledgeable and once he found out that it was our first time visiting he slowed down and explained everything very well and answered all of our questions. Tom made several suggestions which was super helpful. We had a great first experience at Ruth Chris.
