Store #5658 certain cashiers don't have good customer service and that's very sad!!They need a little mire training in their products to satisfy the customer.
Couldnt find a Starbucks, the wrong address is posted on Google. It's actually on 400 East. We found it and then waited in the drive thru for awhile and nobody was working the drive thru during open hours. The whole experience was frustrating.

This place is a joke! Went tot he drive thru for the first time and the drive thru area sucked! The line blocks parked cars and the through-way for cars coming and going. I waited in line for about 15-20 min. When I got to the menu to order, nobody was answering, so I stayed in line and when I got to the window to place my order, the girl said she couldn’t take my order at the window, “per policy,” so I had to either get back in line or come inside. I was pretty mad. Never going to this location again.
Don’t go here if you want your order to be correct. They mess it up every single time. Cheese makes me really sick and they continue to put it on my breakfast sandwich even though I always specify not to. They don’t pay any attention. Also, I know it’s fall and super busy, but Starbucks needs to know that and be prepared by now. It’s INSANE to run out of vanilla, pumpkin, chai… everything they’re advertising. I don’t want to give my business to Starbucks even though I’m a fan, which sucks. I’m super disappointed today (and really hungry!)

George is the absolute GOAT!!! my drink spilled, and he replaced them with no questions asked and made them perfectly. Rae he’s also very great. The whole staff and crew are amazing! Hannah is great! Sam is awesome as well. 5 Stars 100%
