On April 13, I showed up around 10:45 a.m. to grab lunch for my daughter while she was at a college camp at SLCC figured it was close and wouldn't need to go far since she didn't have alot of time for lunch break I show up and there was a customer ahead of me ordering 5 sandwiches and as they move on to there veggies customer noticed every vegetable was frozen and told the worker your produce is frozen solid and informed me don't order a sandwich unless you want frozen veggies the employee was very rude and unprofessional to this lady and if I was the owner of this franchise I would be addressing this employee on the plus side there was another subway just a few minutes North and they were awesome and had fresh veggies and great customer service

Place was dirty. Super Bowl Sunday 12:pm. There was one person working the counter. They were rude. After our food was delivered she just left us unattended in the store while she smoked. Even went out to the parking lot with an individual to his car. I work in customer service. I would be fired if I acted like that. Food was okay. Just Fyi.

I used to always go to this subway. Last few times I’ve gone I’ve had nothing to be desired for an experience but honestly tonight my got told to leave because they’re closed I walked in at 11:17 aren’t you guys open till midnight on weekends maybe update the posted times

Only one person making sandwiches and charging. It took me almost 30 min to get my food. The guy working is very nice and kind. He did he's best. They should have a manager helping when people calls

We bought 6 sandwiches and 6 drinks Dr Pepper was disgusting couldn't drink it. Chicken was almost frozen made the bread really soggy, meatballs were cold, another bread as hard as a rock, veggies were old and tasted gross. Called the store and was told they never serve uncooked food and basically that I was a liar. I told them I would bring back the food and basically toss it on the counter after i was called a lier and she told me she would call the cops and have me arrested. Why for tossing uneditable food on the counter. Asked for a manager or owner was told the owner made my sandwich. Worst customer service worse Subway. We will never go here again.

My bread was stale and also cut very crooked and the meat was not very evenly distributed although the guy touched my sandwich plenty shuffling things around. Dont know why subway has gotten so expensive either.

this subway hasn't been good as of recent, got charged $5 extra for a typical 3 meat sandwich and it was made poorly, feel bad for the employees but definitely not a good

Absolutely horrible. Always new people who move slower than molasses in winter. Every time I order delivery they send the wrong sandwich or don’t follow directions. Went in the other day and it took 20 minutes for the girl to make a Footlong Turkey sandwich with 2 veggies (that she skimped on and told me I couldn’t have more than the tiny bit she put). 20 minutes! For one sandwich start to finish! Not ok y’all. Get it together. My husband is there now getting our sandwiches replaced because my Turkey sub didn’t have Turkey, and instead of spicy Italian he got meatballs … pretty huge mistake considering the order was taped to the bag!!

Having breakfast, lunch, dinner at any time, a Subway is wonderful, you can combine it according to your tastes and preferences in proteins and vegetables, I recommend the spectacular cheese bread ranch sauce with honey mustard, the cookies with chocolates give it that touch Unique sweet, prices are reasonable according to what you choose. I recommend it 100%.

I used to love this subway but lately it has been a total disaster. The employees have been a constant revolving door of new people and none of them seem to stay long enough to learn how to make a sandwich. I'm willing to bet this subway doesn't pay their employees enought to keep them around. It was top-notch 5 years ago, now it's rock-bottom.

Absolutely the worst service ever I only had to ask for my 3rd sandwich about 5 times after telling them in the first place. He still managed to get the wrong bread even though I said white every single time I asked. 1 of my sandwiches they slathered on the sauce even though I specifically said only 1 time across and they had to fix it. They also have someone working there that is very unclean with uncombed hair that looks more oily than mine after an oil shower in the pit at a lube shop. I'm sorry but if you are working with food take a bath once in a while
