Honestly really sad, the place was very cute, however; it was extremely dirty and so obviously unkept. The place doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in days! The only time the cashier left the station was to go and get herself her own thing of ice cream. Couldn’t even leave to wipe up a bit. The cashier was also on her phone the entire time. I didn’t see a single sanitation rag in sight. Topping stations, FILTHY! Absolutely UNSANITARY! I don’t know how this place passes the health inspection. I’d feel more clean eating in a porta potty. Had to leave instantly because i felt so uncomfortable eating in there. Froyo was good though. :)

If I were the boss, I would fire the girl working there. She was on the phone the entire time, ignoring us, even when we were ready. Not polite at all. Another customer came in, same thing. Also, she doesn't understand English. I don't mind accents but when you don't understand what you're being asked, that's a problem.

The lack of flavor options is sad, most frozen yogurt places have more than a dozen flavors and good dairy free options. This is not one of them. Taste was also mediocre, I wouldn’t recommend. Go to Sweetly Italian Gelato instead about 2 miles away.

Staff looked annoyed to have to deal with people (although all they had to do was check us out since we didn't order anything that they needed to make). Several bins for toppings were completely empty and the staff didn't seem to make any attempt to refill them. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Very irritated… Supposed to close at 10:00 got here at 9:30. Everything is put away… chairs stacked on tables. People are still walking in the door and their in the back and when she came out she just grabbed the trash.. When I asked if I could have topping she told me no we’re closing in 20 min.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING if I could give this place a zero I would. After my husband brought some home I literally find a fly in it. I am repulsed. Never go here it's disgusting.
Used to be a fan of this tcby but lately they've been very disappointing. The last two times I've been in the employee working has decided to close up early. The first time it was 10 minutes to closing, the doors were unlocked but all chairs were up. I went in and all the machines were turned off. I yelled hello for the employee about 10 times and nobody ever came out. It sucks to get excited about going to get a dessert and then have that happen. This time I went in 50 minutes before closing and all of the chairs were already up on top of the tables. I asked the employee if there were anymore of a certain topping and she said "oh ya I wasn't going to refill it because we're about to close but I'll go grab it from the back for you". So I double checked the closing time and there was still 50 minutes! My party had to take chairs down ourselves to enjoy our frozen yogurt. Disappointed in how this location is going downhill.

I ordered a lemonade but didn’t know they made it with real lemons. The workers were very pleasant and it made my day. Get the lemonade without sweetener- it was perfect without extra sugar!
