I just dropped in for a brew before heading to a show across the street. The place was hopping, super crowded and on a wait, bug the door guy was very friendly and got me a seat at the bAR in just a few minutes. No big deal. The beer was pretty pricey but atmosphere was great. The food I saw on the table looked pretty choice.I'll have to give it a try my next time out

Get the jambalaya. You will NOT be disappointed. If you’re needing a drink, this place offers a Triple IPA that is ???Dietary restrictions: Extensive gluten-free menu.
The food was overall good, but it could've been better. This could also be because of what I ordered, too. Definitely would eat there again!

Recommend this place. Ordered the gumbolaya, which is jambalaya smothered with gumbo. Really good, and a generous serving size! Also, they have a nice beer selection.

Second time we've been in. Friendly staff. Food is great. Jambalaya, gumbo salmon, fettuccine all great options. Great portions. Parking lot is fairly limited but paid street parking is available.Vegetarian options: Veggie burger and salads, pasta with noeat available same with pizza.
So thrilled I found this place! Home suck from Florida. Had no idea Utah had it in them? I had the etouffe with white fish. I Really enjoyed the hen as well! Bought another to go! Beer menu is impressive ? Highly recommend!

Food consistently pretty good. Very short staffed on my last visit. Loud as always.
We came in at 830pm on a Tuesday and were seated right away. The atmosphere was great. Our waitress brought our waters and cocktails quickly and was super personable. We started with the seafood balls... excellent. My wife ordered the Gumbolaya (medium) and I ordered the chicken fried chicken with caramelized shallot mashers. Both were super flavorful and the Gumbolaya was just the right amount of spicy. We also had a side Caesar salad... the dressing was unique and delicious. We will absolutely be back.
Food is always great. Drink selection is massive. Download their app before going so you have time to look thru the beer menu.

Awesome spot in SLC. People, food and vibe were awesome! The jambalaya was FIRE! Also a very good beer selection. I opted for the amber pictured (yummy). Even bought some merch (also pictured) available on site. The slogan on the back was too funny :0)

Some of the best southern soul food I've ever eaten. I love their gumbo and jambalaya. I also love their love music. Just a fyi, it's really loud in here, even without the live music... so you can talk to people but don't come here for any serious or lengthy conversations.Parking: There's parking in the back but it's super limited. Street parking is what you'll probably have to do
