I dont think they know what seasoning is. I got the hot mess. The beef was dry and bland. Like seriously at least use a pinch of salt because i couldnt even taste that. The onions that were supposed to be caramelized were barely cooked. I got 5 onion rings, FIVE!!! I probably will never eat here again, and tell everyone I know not to do the same.

Great food just incredibly unhealthy. Really honestly good and tasty. The pound cake strawberry dessert sandwich thing with cheesecake is pretty good too.

They took 1.5 hours to make the food, there was 3, .75 x3 inch pieces of chicken on my sandwich which was 4x7 inches. The pound cake cheese cake thing was terrible dry and freezer burnt.We won't be trying again

Wow. 9 bucks for a grilled cheese, I am d**** All I got was a bunch of undercooked Kraft singles slapped on some slightly nicer quality white bread. I actually started laughing. The person making this didn't care, and the people who thought this would be a good menu item have never had a good grilled cheese. It doesn't stop there. The roast beef had cheese on only half the sandwich, not one slice, like cheese on one half of the slice. I feel like someone is joking with us. The beef in the roast beef tasted great, but with how bad the rest of it was and the high cost for what you get, it's hard to consider a second chance. Plus, how can you call yourself "the melt down" and have no tuna-melt? I'm really bummed out on this one.

Whoever cooked my giddy up melt tonight, the night before thanksgiving at 2:15 AM deserves a massive hug and a kiss! I read other reviews after placing my order on DoorDash and was worried...but I was oh so pleasantly surprised. It may be the existential crisis I'm having or maybe the massive depression but this s*** hit the absolute spot and I may have even cried while eating it. Almost felt like it was a direct "I care about you" moment from the person cheffing up. Don't judge a book by its cover. I know there may have been some bad experiences other people had here, but just know that I had an amazing one :)The main point: don't judge a restaurant, product, company, or anything else that receives ratings on the internet by its bad (or good, for that matter) reviews.

When food arrived it was COMPLETELY cold. Brisk in my sandwich was not even chopped up and had 1 slice of cheese. Food is absolutely horrible and for the cost they charge it's ridiculous. Will not eat here again.
