Absolutely the best service of any restaurant. Our servers name was Andrew and he was incredible. We came in a little later but we’re celebrating and wanted to go to Spaghetti factory. We were greeted with such kindness and respect! The hostess was so kind as well. Andrew was such a hoot and checked in on us multiple times making it such an easy and enjoyable experience. He constantly made sure our cups were full and was so accommodating for my allergies. He made sure we not only had the correct food, but that we also had a great experience.The restaurant as well is super clean and polished. No trash on the floor, and if you can see a Busser clean up, they are trained extremely well and quickly clean tables.I have loved spaghetti factory since I was a kid and I am always in awe of how wonderful their service is. Great job to whoever is running this location!

I ate dinner this past Friday at The Old Spaghetti Factory. My experience was the worst I have ever had at a restaurant. When the food was brought to my table. I started to eat it. I found a pubic hair in my food. I told the waitress about it and she said to me it must have come from you. I said no way. I told the waitress I didn't want to pay for my food. She said to me too bad. You have to pay your bill. This place is a joke.

The food is tasty and the prices are great. Service was slow, our food was cold on arrival.
Cozy and baby friendly. Our waitress was great! Loved the entrees we had. The ice cream they have is really good. As well as the Italian blackberry cream soda. You get to have a keepsake glass as well. It was our first time here so we created a great memory as well.

Very friendly staff, novel atmosphere, but the food was terrible... it was like everything was boiled and never touched a pan.No sear, no color, no flavor.It all tasted like it came from a can, even the chicken tasted canned.
The staff were bull and didn't get me what I wanted and I'm gluten free so I ordered the gluten free Alfredo and they had no more and so they gave m e some dumb sauce and meat balls and they wouldn't give me the non gluten free Alfredo.like how do you run out of pasta because it doesn't mold so why not just stock pile it like are you stupid

A wonderful tradition you'll celebrate again and again.There's only one thing that isn't like it used to be. The bread and butter used to have this good sourdough taste and I don't know what the butter was but it was like more sour taste that was so good

I understand restaurant prices..costs have been on a sharp rise. That said, the size of my chicken salad was awfully skimpy. For the cost, I should not feel that I just ate the 1st course of a meal.Our server was excellent, though.
