This place is great, I love the beignets. My only complaint is that I feel a drizzle cup should already come with the bag of beignets. But I have to pay extra, a dollar for a tiny cup and even then sometimes they fill the cup up halfway? besides that the place is great

Cookies were so burnt I couldn’t eat it. I let the owner know because I’d rather not give 1 star. He gave me a voucher for another one. Next time I was back in town I tried it again. I gave them my phone number, they couldn’t find me and no voucher… and then unfortunately… the cookie was burnt again, on the bottom… not as hard as the first time, but hard enough I didn’t dare let my 9 month old it eat it for fear she would choke. I wish I could stop right there but nope. Then our drinks also not great. The Mt. dew must have run out of syrup because we were drinking soda water with flavor and cream.I was so hopeful for this second visit. I did contact Ethan but didn’t hear anything back about this soooo?

Took 10 minutes to get two drinks. For five of those minutes, the drinks sat there on the counter because the staff didn’t realize they were ordered from the front counter. The speed of the staff was set to “slow”. Once we got the drinks, they were quite inferior to both Swig and Fizz. Would not recommend unless bad service and mediocre products are what you crave.

Appears to be a drive-thru only place, ordered on DoorDash and had to wait 25 minutes in The drive-thru line. When I approached the window, my order wasn’t even ready, I had to wait an extra 8 minutes for them to give me my drinks & beignets. Wouldn’t recommend ordering here if you are in any kind of hurry or have a 30 min lunch break. But other than the long wait and orders not being ready when it says it is. Bottom of my dozen wasn’t even dusted with sugar… drinks were good though

Really disappointed with my experience at Thirst. Despite it saying that they close at 9:30 online, we were there by 9pm and refused service. We were rudely told that they were done serving costumers, even though we were in line by 9pm. In a competitive market, I would think that customer service would be really important to a company like this. The employee argued with us for five minutes about how she couldn’t serve us- in that time she could have made our order 3 times! Very very disappointed in this customer experience. Will definitely be taking our business elsewhere!!

I've gone here since they opened the service has always been excellent though waiting during rushes can be time consuming if you're in a rush! For snack options I think they are better than fizz I just wish there were more drink options since custom drinks add up quickly in price!
What an absolutely idiotic system. They accept door dash orders when there is a drive thru ONLY pick ups. So lots of cars in front of you? Expect to wait 45+ minutes for your order. Stupid system, never accept an order from here if you respect your time. Order clearly sitting there getting cold(two pretzel cups) while they make drinks for the 3 cars ahead of me.

We’ve been to this location many times and had good experiences, but not today. We waited in the drive thru line 30 minutes.When we finally got to the window, and ordered our usual drinks, they were made wrong. When we pointed that out, we were informed that they were out of the Coke Zero we had ordered and gave us Diet Coke instead. No one had said a single word while we were ordering. They wouldn’t have even done anything if we hadn’t noticed it. They didn’t even seem to care about our inconvenience. Not going back.

I love thirst and this location was new to me. The staff were so sweet here and eventhough it was early in the morning they still had a smile and wished me a happy day. The drinks are always good and my kiddo loves their pretzel dogs. I like the popcorn or the pretzel bites with my drink. Love the vibes and the snacks. Thank you for always being my after gym treat ❤️
