I love cats so much so i was so exited to come here but when i got there the setting wasn’t right the staff was bratty, and unfriendly and kept giving dirty looks. it smelt NASTY and the floor was super dirty and all the cats were sad, dirty, and fat they looked like they were being neglected and it was not a great experience and i paid $20 to go for 1 hour but needed up leaving 15 minutes after because it was just sad and smelled horrible the smell was unbearable and putrid. and when we left before our hour ended the staff gave us dirty looks as we walked out. 0/10 experience do not recommend.

My fiancé and I came here recently and were a bit disappointed by the experience. Upon coming in, we had to re-pay for a reservation despite having made and paid for one days prior. In the cat room, there weren’t enough chairs for us, so we had limited interactions with the cats. There are only three or so places to sit, and if there’s a larger party of people that come in, you’re pretty much locked into standing there. The coffee was great, but didn’t really make up for the overall lackluster experience. The place also had a really awkward vibe.

We had so much fun hanging out with the cats! Bamboo, the only orange one, is so playful and cute! Beware of the grumpy one! (The fat black cat, still cute though)

The price for the reservation and drinks was not worth our time and money. Customer service was not good. I called ahead to check if we could bring a birthday cake to celebrate a friend’s birthday there, granted we also reserved an hour spot and ordered some lattes, I was told yes but bring at our own risk as there is a cat that will want to eat it and we then got yelled at like little children for bringing a birthday cake when we got there. I was very disappointed we wasted our time and money here. Not returning.

I LITERALLY LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH THE STAFF ARE SO KIND & HELPFUL. THEY HAVE HELPED 511 CATS (since last I was there) FIND THEIR FOREVER FAMILIES. THERE IS NO DOWN SIDE TO COMING HERE.

My 10 year old daughter and I went to Tinker's Cat Café last night and had a really wonderful time! They make some of the best hot chocolate we've ever had, the cats are sweet and well cared for, and at one point an employee came in and handed out cat treats to everyone to encourage the cats to come out and be sociable. There is a separate charge to go into the cat room that we were not aware of when we first got there, so just be aware that if you want to hang out with the kitties, it'll be an extra $6.00 per person per half hour or $9.00 per person per hour. They have cat themed games to play, cat related reading material to peruse while you enjoy the company of the kitties, and lots of cat toys you can use to interact with the cats, so I believe the fee is worth it. I just wish I had known about it before we got there. That's on me for not doing better research beforehand. All in all, I highly recommend this café to any cat lovers out there! Also, the hot chocolate is truly incredible!Parking: It's downtown so parking was a bit tricky. We ended up parking in front of a house on a side street that was less than a minute walk to the café. It worked out fine, but I'm guessing certain times of day are nigh impossible to find a parking spot.Kid-friendliness: The café has a great list of rules to follow when you are in the cat room that protects the kitties and helps everyone enjoy the experience to the utmost. The final rule is that children under 12 must be closely supervised. This is logical and understandable and not at all negative toward children. The staff were all friendly and polite to my daughter and no one seemed to take issue with her being there. There was another child there about my daughter's age, actually, and she also seemed to be having a wonderful time. Tinker's is great for both children and adults. ?

The employees were friendly but this was the worst smelling cat cafe i have ever been to, they dont have people remove their shoes so the floors are gross. We booked the earliest appointment in hopes that the cats would be playful and not burnt out already from all the people but only a few of the cats even wanted to play or be touched, most of them were grumpy and just wanted left alone. They allowed 10 people in the room which was too many, most people gave up on the cats after awhile and just played games or looked at the books. We ended up leaving about 15 minutes early because there was nothing left to do. The drinks and desserts were decent.

Super cute little cafe. You do not have to go into the cat room if you just want coffee, but I recommend saying hello to all of the babies. They have plenty of board games and coloring books to use while you socialize with the kitties. ?‍⬛
