Great place to get a quick sandwich! It's a bit pricey but definitely worth it for an occasional splurge. The meatball sandwich is great to split between two. Eat it there, to go it's very messy.

I've enjoyed the downtown location several times and was happy to find this location.

Great spot for a quick but satisfying lunch. I loved that they doused the bread in olive oil for their sandwiches, instead of overpowering mayo or mustard. Staff are friendly, offering cheese and honey samples to diners. In case you miss it, they have a 50% off rack at the back of the store, along with frozen pastas and cookie doughs.

Great sammies and salads!! This place is the bomb! Wonderful selection of high quality deli meats and cheeses and various assortment of treats. Fine selection of "grocery" items, perfect place to pick up something for "hard to buy for folks" or really anyone. Such a nice atmosphere and service is great!!

Just had the pastrami delivered, and it was nothing like I've had before. Not in a good way, either. I like simple pastrami, and they seemed to have made it worse with the use of extra ingredients. Should've probably got the meatball...

Everything here is delicious. The sandwiches, deli meats and cheeses, chocolates, and grocery. It’s all thoughtfully curated and top notch.

The prices are ridiculous. A bottle of olive oil had a sign on the shelf that said $10.99 for the 250ml (abt. 8oz) bottle. It rang up as $29.99. They would not honor the price on the shelf. The larger 500ml bottle was only $27.99. I will not be back.

I love this place's products, but the service is extremely slow. They do not hustle. Plan on taking at least 20 once they get to you, if you are buying sliced meats and cheeses. I cannot speak to buying a sandwich or something, but their deli slicing needs some help.I did think it was cool that they asked if I was ordering anything else after ordering mortadella, they clean the machine afterwards, to not cross contaminate for people with nut allergies.

Intro to Craft Chocolate was my first time here. What an amazing interactive learning experience for this foodie. Loved the service, atmosphere and experience. Definitely a win!

I usually REALLY love Caputo's! Unfortunately.....This last visit my boyfriend and I placed a pick up order. I ordered the greek with turkey. When we got the sandwiches we saw there was no turkey despite the $3 charge and no dressing or cheese. It was just lettuce, tomato, and red onion stuffed on dry bread. We called and asked for it to be remade. They were super easy going about it and offered a refund. We decided just to get the sandwich. The second sandwich had everything but was soaking wet. Like they took a salad, threw it onto some bread and dipped it in a toilet. Very unfortunate.

Caputo's has been our family's go-to for quality meats, cheeses, and pasta for years. I've always known they had the best possible selection, but it wasn't until recently that I realized what a rare gem they are! We had friends staying with us from out of town. One of them has health issues and cannot eat any cow dairy. She gets tired of the goat cheese selections at Trader Joe's. She mentioned that to me while we were picking up groceries, so I took her to Caputo's. Not only did it reignite her love of cheese with their many goat cheese options, she also got to try a rare buffalo cheese. She loved it. Now she keeps telling me that she craves Caputo's. She says she wants to stop there first every time she comes into Salt Lake!2023 update: Still an absolute gold mine for party planning

Great sandwiches and the staff are always friendly. The portion sizes are decent for the price and the ingredients always taste high quality. I would recommend the All American Turkey. It is one of their freshest sandwiches.
