Where do I begin... Ethan was the BEST server I have ever had. He recommended the best food, best drinks (and I am not even a drinker!) I am so happy this is how I ended my SLC trip!!!!

Wasatch Brew Pub is still the bomb. With at least eight beers on tap, a full bar and a menu chocked full of bar food, there is something for everyone. Appetizers, sandwiches and salads abound. Accompanied by a basket of crispy French fries, the spicy (fried) chicken sandwich is awesome. The plate of nachos is overflowing and even the pizza was good for an airport bar. The mixologist makes a means margarita on the rocks. Beware more than a few. If you have a stopover in SLC Concourse B, Wasatch Brew Pub is your best bet. Good beers, drinks and pub food, what more do you need?

Recommend a glass of Pinot Gris with the kids cheese pizza. Easy to share and not heavy like meal. Server, Anastasia is great - can answer questions and friendly. Get a window seat to watch plane traffic and weather changes.
