We were not crazy about the food. Expensive risotto and it was not cooked thoroughly. The Margarita was very weird tasting it did not taste like a margarita. Overall over priced for the quality of the food

Love this restaurant but last night our server was mia the majority of the time and that ruined our dinner. Her name was Tejal or something similar. Food here is excellent, it's a shame our server was not up to par. She came back after about about a 20 minute absence and I said are you OK and she said oh yeah I forgot that you guys were here. I was in appalled.

Great server with good suggestions and a wonderful peronality.Huge portions, splitting is the key. This is a warm, cozy place even on the wintry day in May. Good spot for nice food.

Found this gem on our way thru SLC ! Delicious sauces with the appetizers. Main course were full of flavor and generous portions. Had to take home leftovers. Looking forward to them today!

This was our first time at Wildwood and we were very pleased with the entire experience. We may have gone a bit overboard on the appetizers but they were all fantastic. The mains were very good and the desserts were great! Thought the wine menu is small, the wines were good and the prices very reasonable.

Absolutely amazing. Ambiance is perfect, especially the patio seating. Perfect size where you're not the only people dining but there's not a massive crowd and you can't hear yourself think. Food is DIVINE. We were blown away by the appetizers. Sambal wings 10/10, paired with a sesame dressing and the best coleslaw. Mac and cheese 10/10, literally took me to heaven. Topped with fried onions. Perfect. Gambas, 10/10. Shrimp, chili, garlic served with naan bread. Most excellent combination. All of the servings were very generous!!

Great food and service. We did get our Mac and cheese app did come after our entrees so that wasn't great. The carrot app is great. Indian spices flavors. The shrimp app was also good. The beef stroganoff dish was massive. It's good flavor though. Could use a little more umph. Like salt or something. Seasoning. The risotto dish is also huge. The fries were nice and crispy. Our waiter was excellent. The vibe is nice and chill. Small place and busy so make a reservation.

I think the restaurant needs to review their cooking guidelines. Because the bbq pork ribs were under cooked…

What a magical little spot! New fav in the neighborhoods of SLC avenues. A charming hole in the wall with an adjoining small patio. Awesome service and such tasty food. The patio opened yesterday for the first day of the season and it was just perfect with the weeping cherries in bloom. We had 3 apps and an entree for my husband and I. Was perfect had a bit of leftovers. The craft cocktails were delish. Ordered the Margarita with Mezcal loved it, great smokey flavor. Not really a tapas restaurant but we ate that way. We did the wedge salad (simple and so tasty I will order every time), the Mac and cheese (dreamy with a crunchy onion top), French onion soup (which was hot and melty with such tasty broth and a perfect balance of ingredients for French onion) house Margaritas and the burger which was huge and so tasty with great bacon. Everything was cooked with love and had such a great vibe! Most definitely a favorite local spot for us now in Salt Lake. Restaurant was packed I would imagine reservations are appreciated at this spot because it's not very big. Service was totally great even though they were packed I wish I could remember our servers name on the patio. he was awesome and made us feel at home not rushed at all. Wonderful meal can't wait to return!

I had the burger, around town it’s getting quite the rep. So I had to try it. Overall I enjoyed the flavor profile, my main Suggestion is to reduce the amount of meat. There was so much meat that it made quite a mess from trying to keep it together through the meal to leaking grease into the lower bun. I think if the chef reduced the amount by half it would be one of the best burgers in slc. Fries need work though. Oh also reduce price if you end up dropping the patty lbs. definitely beats out Traditions burger. Copper onion still holding it down though, this is a close second for high end burgers in SLC.

Food was great. Service was horrible. We were the only ones in there at first so it started off good but after we ordered a couple drinks and appetizers to share she stopped coming by our table. We could not get her attention for over 45 minutes and ran out of time to order anything else we wanted. So we went to the counter to pay and leave only to be told their card reader was down. they wanted to take my card info to save until they could run it. Thankfully I had some cash. They did not mention this beforehand so be careful. Also I usually run cold but we were sweating it was so hot. wouldn't recommend the tables next to the kitchen.

We wanted to try this local gem that we have been hearing a lot and may have caught things on an off night. First, our service was outstanding. Our waitress was knowledgeable, and pleasant. Drinks were good with several good options. A nice but small wine list with more creative options than a typical Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio and Pinot noir, Cabernet. Our dinners were not great. My wife got the mussels and frites and the mussels did not seem fresh. My wife could only eat a few and after tasting one I declined finishing them which is rare for me. It was busy and we should have pointed it out right away. My scallops were good but saucy. Definitely a French flare but very saucy for us. Nice little neighborhood place with great outdoor space that we really wanted to like but left disappointed. It is possible we caught it on an off night as it was a Wednesday.

Walking in to what feels like an old avenue single floor twin home the ambiance was immediately inviting. Greeted and sat instantly with a reservation for 4. Being our first time here we decided on doing a table sharing theme and order multiple things.I'll start with apps as they were cooked to perfection when it came to the fried apps and the stove top apps were spot on.Frog legs ?: theses guys were buff and tasted like a juicy white meat and no you don't see the feet as it's ankle to hip joint. Came with 4.Fried Olives (green): liking I was excited for these and they taste kind of like they sound a perfectly fried, not to much crumb, and a little tart. It comes with a lot.Gambas: I loved everything about this dish, shrimp were regular size and butterflied well. The chili oil sauce was great and not a lot of heat. The naan bread was a great to dip as well. A lot of shrimp possibly 4 to 5 each person.Roasted cinnamon beets: these were surprisingly good and came kind of looking like a mess at first but the chaos on the plate complimented well and plenty to share. At first a little bland with just yogurt and beet on the fork so make sure to grab the other items on the plate and it brings this good weird flavor to the palette. Plenty to share for 4.Carrots: were really good with a perfect amount of crunch and softness to them. Slightly sweet and oily. Plenty for 4 people.Pillows:4 square potato pillows that were decorated nicely and the American sturgeon caviar was a great addition on top of a nice tasting cour creme.Croquettes: if you ever had a croquette from Spain these will remind you of them. Perfect to the crisp when fried and soft on the inside. Came with 4Dinner:Braised pork belly was cut in about 1 inch squares cooked with a nice crisp on top and bottom but break apart middle. The seasoning was slightly sweet. This was my favorite dinner item we order. The potato's that came with it were cooked great as well and the dish looks dark but devilishly good. Plenty to shareRisotto: was cooked perfectly however ours was way over salted but that can be an easy fix by asking for light salt and then adding some yourself to liking. We had left overs.Scallops: scallops were cooked perfectly and placed above a bed of mashed potatoes that were a perfection of soft and creme like. Once again super salty and it can be ruined down like mention above my asking for light salt then add to your liking. 6 to 8 and potatoes were taken home.We corked our own red wines slightly chilled that paired really well with everything we ordered. A beer would be fine as well.Overall id go there again and all that was 237 bucks before tip.
