This restaurant has an amazing atmosphere, the music and the service was perfect. The only note I have is that I would prefer if all of the employees wore gloves while preparing the drinks/food. Other than that it was great! ?

Long wait time at an off hour, and the boba were hot in my iced drink so it made the overall temperature warm. The flavor was good with the boba but the brown sugar tea was pretty bitter on sips without boba.

The Bingsu tasted very good and we enjoyed it; however, it took almost a half hour to get our dish. A long time for counter service. There are other places in Utah to get a larger, better Bingsu for the same price.

Love this place, especially their desserts! Last time I got their shaved ice and it blew my mind. I was hoping to get their soft serve, but it wasn't on the menu anymore. I'm so glad I tried the shaved ice, I loved it even more than the soft serve!

The shavings of ice cream reminded me of ice cream you get at Chinese restaurants, not impressive. The best part about the strawberry dessert was the cheesecake bites. Give the ice cream flavor and you'll have a winner.Love the atmosphere and seating, very comfortable and relaxing.

Sorry. It's not the best brown sugar milk tea in Utah. It tastes exactly like an instant powder milk tea I've made at home. The boba is great though but if they're going to make their own boba why not pair it with a better milk tea that is not obviously instant.There are many other places that are much better. The place that is still #1 in my opinion is Taiyaki Sweet located in Syracuse Utah.
Drinks are good, service is poor. Inattentive and INCREDIBLY slow. We waited over 40 minutes for a single drink.

I have been waiting for the day that good bingsu comes to Salt Lake City. This bingsu was absolutely perfect. It was the perfect balance of sweet, creamy, light, fluffy, and fresh. I'll dream about it. You have to try it. The shop is beautiful and so uniquely decorated. A must try.

Pretty disappointed with this place. Saw the reviews and came here for the first time excited. To experience poor customer service. You could tell the workers didn’t want to be there and they weren’t welcoming. They were pushy and impatient with the order process. They didn’t provide any recommendations. After receiving my drink one worker was brash and sarcastic with me. No matter how nice the lounge and or drinks may be. It’s the poor attitude that will change your entire experience.

Long story short, I’ve never had boba take 25 minutes to be ready. I had waited 20 minutes for 3 young girls to come in, place their order, and then, pick up their drinks before me who had been waiting 20+ minutes. I mentioned it to a worker that I didn’t understand why they got their drinks before me and she responded, “they were busy.” I can understand being busy but I should still get my drink before the people after me.Boba quality is delicious. The prices are pretty pricey considering how much it is for a small. The strawberry milk is delicious. The taro drink was just alright. Brown sugar milk tea was okay. Strawberry milk has been my favorite of the drinks I’ve gotten.The service is the main reason why I rated so low. I’ve never waited that long for a drink. That’s a wait time for a sit down restaurant.
