This was probably the easiest way of eating to loss weight I have ever tried and successfully done. While I know you can't fake FIT, you can take the easy way out. All I had to do was eat the food. I did work out and worked out hard to win the contest but the food part of it was absolutely a NO brainer. If you want success in weight loss what you need is the right food and the right amount and 1% Fitness is by far both.- Lindsey H

I am OBSESSED with 1% fitness. They're family owned and operated, always accommodating, have the best customer service, THE BEST FOOD, and always help me stay on top of my physique and fitness. I recommend them to everyone I know. Those who have a busy lifestyle and don't have time to prep their food, would benefit tremendously from using them!Dietary restrictions: They have many different options for food they provide!

Rob and his team at 1% fitness are incredible! Super friendly people and not to mention their food is ?? You wouldn’t guess you’re only eating high quality, nutrient dense foods with how tasty their meals are. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a quicker, healthier, and more efficient way to eat healthy and hit their fitness goals!

I tried a meal at Pinners conference. For it being vacuum packed and microwaved it tasted pretty good. I tried a shepherds pie. The granola bar was really good; moist and tasty.

Food has been very fresh but not very tasty as in bland. Would of have this place a better rating but when the weight loss challenge came up, they weren't willing to work with me. I'm a truck driver on a dedicated route and my days off are Sunday and every 2 weeks it's Sunday and Monday. They wouldn't let me weigh in on Monday. Considering I was driving from Logan for food I like to support small businesses, I can't for this place that wouldn't work with me.

Love the convenience of these meals. Some of them are kind of bland, but pretty good for the most part. My biggest complaint is their website is a pain to use and extremely clunky. It's hard to change your subscription on it .
Highly recommend. I signed up for 1% a couple years ago for several months but canceled because I got burned out on their menu and a lot of entrees were dry. I took a chance and signed back up a couple months ago and they have definitely stepped their game up! Great menu variety and i would say 8 out of 10 entrees are delicious. They also started vacuum packaging which locks in the moisture and juices. Deliveries are always on time. Today i had pork carnitas. it was even better than Chipotle and caused me to write this review. Yes, it's pricey but you get what you pay for. Delicious and healthy meals delivered. No grocery shopping. No dishes. No bad decisions ordering unhealthy things at a restaurant.

The sandy location is just pick up. The actual kitchen is in Lehi. Working for this place was a f****** joke. The managers are manipulative and condescending. If you have a complaint of any kind then you are being combative and they then insult you and proceed to turn it all on you. You aren't aloud to have a bad day and are basically required to smile at all times even though you do not at any point work with customers. The managers are lazy and entitled assholes, especially the fat one who thinks he knows everything. He also likes to lie about the nutritional values on the meals. Did you know they can legaly lie about 20% of the facts? He thinks they should be able to lie about it all so he doesn't have to worry about actually making the food healthy at a HEALTH FOOD KITCHEN. I'm also pretty sure that the review talking about one of the managers f****** an employee in the company van that delivers the food is true. You guys are f****** jokes J and C. You don't understand how to run a kitchen or more specifically a team. I don't think the owners actually realize what is going on in that place.

5 star customer service and company - I am so grateful and impressed. My boyfriend travels for work and we typically order his meals from a premade healthy meals store or he goes inside and shops the brick and mortar store when we arrives at whatever city/state he is in that rotation. It seems that this area of Utah does not have any popular premade meals stores (SnapKitchen, My Fit Foods, Flex Kitchen, ReFuel etc) and I was struggling to find anything that would work. He works very early and late hours for 10 straight days so, grocery shopping isn't an option - hence why the premade meals have become the go to. I called 1% Fitness and explained the situation and the woman took my order and my payment info and set him up with some amazing meals! I was so thrilled and so was he. He's able to stay on track with his eating and didn't have to resort to buying lunch meat and sandwiches from the gas station. Thank you so much for being so accommodating and he says the meals are *so awesome*. Customer service alone would have me coming back if we lived in this area!

I’ve heard about 1% for a while now. Never really had the chance to try them out. Noticed that they were at Fitcon 2022 and decided to go meet Rob. Nice guy, hooked me up with some meals and may i say…damn.Straight fuego!!!!!!! The Cold Turkey Gyro and the sausage and cabbage! Definitely going to be getting more of those meals in the future!Thanks again Rob and the 1% nutrition squad!
