This is one of the better Arby's, just don't use the app to order. They take forever. Said to pick up my food at 5:45. Pulled into the drive thru at that time to pick it up. They said they were almost done and asked me to pull forward.6 cars got their food before I got mine, leaving at 5:58. I don't mind waiting for good, fresh food. But I should have gotten my food faster than the people who got there after me.

As a restaurant owner who hires customer service employees in the food service industry, I can say Jayden had zero customer service skills taking my order, and should not be working in food service or with any public for that matter. Super rude while taking my order, as if I was a bother to be ordering food in his drive thru window (I had a small simple order of 1 single meal, no modifications to it.) Then at the window waiting for my food, same attitude but then laced with multiple F bombs loudly while the window was wide open while he was filling my drink while my young kids are in the car and could hear him. I've never had that experience anywhere with an employee just dropping F bombs like nothing in front of a customer. I was polite from the jump even after I sensed his attitude, said thank you when he handed me my food and he rolled his eyes and didn't say anything back. Zero courtesy whatsoever. This person should not be working in customer service. My family frequents this location since we live nearby, but after our experience, we won't be coming back. I encourage the general manager to revamp and retrain your staff. I'd rather drive out of my way to another location if I want Arby's food.

Just received the most sub-par order of chicken tenders. They were very old and dried out. I'm assuming sitting there for hours. Why not just get fresh ones? The one wasn't even chicken, it was just breading that got fried, probably during lunch. Only writing this for others to be cautious and check their food before they leave like I didn't do

The people working here are always so pleasant and accommodating. They even let us use our expired coupons. We come back because of how nice they are. They're sweet to my kids too, and because we live close, my kids like to walk there for milkshakes quite often. That goes a long way with me.Sadly, the food here has started to decline in quality. The last two times we've gone, the food was either dangerously undercooked or so overcooked it was crispy. Also, each time we eat-in, the floor is sticky--the floor mats too. They need to send them away for cleaning. Personally, I think they are struggling to stay afloat. That's part of why we continue to support them. We'd hate to see them go out of business.

Do NOT order a cheese steak from this location. I noticed other reviews mentioned drenched in water. Mine was the same. It was the soggiest, most disgusting, and inedible sandwich I've ever seen. Make a sandwich and drop it in dirty dishwater for a minute to get an idea of the quality.

My overall rating is how I feel about Arby's, but the other ratings are a comparison to other locations.The remodel has really helped update this location. The food is standard and tastes the way it should. Arby's promotional coupons are pretty good, so make sure to bring some with you. It's tough the beat the 2 Can Dine for $9.99.The manager, John Roskelley (not sure of his actual title), is the key to success at this location. He is friendly, remembered my name throughout my stay, and went out of his way to make sure I had an enjoyable experience.As long as John is working here, I'll keep coming back to this location.

Sat at drive through for 3-4 minutes without anyone speaking to me. The cheesesteak I got was drenched in water, I'm sure it's because they steam the cheese on the grill but the cook used waaay too much water and the cheese was still only half melted. I almost immediately opened it up to eat and it was barely Ober room temperature, I probably shouldn't have even taken a bite at that point. My dog wouldn't even eat any of it. Also, they gave me the wrong drink. Got a regular lemonade instead of the peach lemonade I ordered and it tasted watered down.I don't know if I can keep giving this location a chance. There seems to be NO standards the last couple years.

I live very close to this location so I’ve been there a few times, but never again.Staff is either completely incompetent or they hate their customers.Never get even the simplest of orders correct and are frequently out of menu items.Last guy working the drive through seemed stoned out of his mind too.

***UPDATE***They just gave up carrying curly fries or don’t know how to order.. been a few times I’ve stopped by in the past 2 months now; so I’ll give you a redemption chance in another few months!Follow-up: I tried to give them a redemption and they closed over 40 minutes early waisting me a 15 minute trip, of which this is the 2nd time that’s happened!Guess I’m completely done with this location now! I tried!!
