A couple things went wrong. I ask for a large ice coffee with light ice and got a medium instead. And rather than getting me what I asked for the barista pours it in a large and adds extra ice to the point where it's hitting the base of the cup. I'm really disappointed because my order is really simple and clear and this to me sounds and seems like poor customer service and just lazy on the part of the worker. I probably won't come back and it's unfortunate because It's in a close convenient location from me and I'm just not sure how this was messed up this bad. Disappointed but if ima get beans and brew the drive up To cottonwood heights is a bit more worth it in my opinion. But yes my experiences here fall in line with the poor reviews.

Terrible! Twice now my wife and I have been to this location and ordered a latte and both times the drinks have had a Terrible after taste and were so bad we just poured them down the sink. We called and spoke to the manager (this last time) and she refunded the purchase. Usually beans and brews is an excellent place to get a latte or a mocha but this location we will just avoid in the future.

$10 for a medium Mr. B’s, plus shot of coffee (including a $2 tip) Beans & Brews is getting too pricey for a drink/snack. I’m a long time customer. But other coffee houses in my opinion are in the lead.B&B didn’t ask whipped cream or no, which is part of the frap experience for some of us. And they weren’t particularly friendly.The 3 stars is basically for the price. If the cost was from the added shot of coffee, it should come with a warning (or be somewhere obvious on the menu) or maybe I just missed it.

No stars possible? This location is terrible. Waiting in drive thru for 22 min, to get the wrong drink w/ a (Red Bull shot- gross) i had to turn around and get my drink remade. Tried to get a refund for the extra shot charged 1.50 since I didn't order that. The barista acted like she was returning charge but didn't. A week later, nothings changed in my banking acct. I can let the slow service pass. But the lie on returning my $ and multiple calls to this location, I'm still waiting to hear back from a manager. I'll never go back there. WASTE of my time & MY $$$

I've been stopping here with some regularity for years.As a coffee house, serving coffee to order is its quintessential function, so I fully expect that this would be handled well. Unfortunately, my typical and very easy coffee order is being served to me incorrectly with increasing frequency.Either a process issue exists or I could improve how I'm ordering my coffee. I suspect the former, as no amount of familiarity with the baristas over the years has prompted them to offer information for me to improve on my role in the exchange.It is likely that I will simply continue on my decline in patronage here. It is my hope that this review prompts the store manager to examine the processes in place and explore ways to improve them for a better experience for their employees and customers.

Work on your customer service! Went in to order a drink, I am the only one in the place at Noon. Young lady working behind the counter does not say hello or anything. II wait 5 minutes still nothing so I left.

I've literally never written a review but this place sucks so bad, I don't know why i keep giving it more chances. Usually the food is raw so def don't order food from here but for todays issue, they made the completely wrong drink and instead of remaking it and fixing THEIR mistake, she just "threw some raspberry in." Why would you not just make the right drink? Threw the whole coffee away, as well as the other one we got bc it tasted like water and was supposed to be a revolver with 6 shots of espresso. Id be embarrassed to work here or own this location! I think we finally learned our lesson today!
