Not very good sushi and definitely not worth the price you pay...unsatisfied for sure

We showed up without a reservation at 7:00 on a Saturday night and we’re able to get in easily (which ironically made me worry about the food). It ended up being excellent. Very fresh & high quality. There was only one person serving but she managed to stay on top of it. I will go back and completely recommend.

I've been here twice and the food is great but the service is terrible. There is only one person serving so you wait forever.

Great sushi and reasonably priced. Was very quiet. We were the only people in there. Seems to possibly be more of a corporate lunch spot than a dinner spot but was good regardless

Everything was ok. Not spectacular. My stomach hurt after.Nice atmosphere, very good plating. Difficult to find location.

Excellent food and great service! Good selection of sake. My wife found herself a really nice plum wine. The appetizers we got (yellowtail jalapeno and spicy bombs) we're soooooo good! We tried the Philly roll, Playboy, and SLC roll too. They were all delicious. For the main course we had the chicken teriyaki and yaki soba. Also awesome! The waitress was crazy nice and really helpful. The place was pretty quiet for a Friday night which we loved! All in all a really good restaurant! Highly recommended!

Was excited to find this delicious Japanese restaurant just a couple blocks away from City Creek. It wasn't crowded when we visited on a recent Saturday which was a little concerning. However, the food was very authentic and delicious. Also, the service was outstanding. We loved the Volcano Roll which was a mix of a California Roll and baked scallops. The tempura had the perfect coating and dipping sauce. My husband loved the Yakisoba with beef. We will definitely be back.

This place is one of the best places I've been to for sushi! One of the first things I've noticed was the atmosphere. The low lighting and the calm music sets for intimacy and low conversation so it's a perfect place for a date night! All of the items you order from the alcohol, to the tea, and the sushi was presented in such a beautiful fashion. Not to mention, the pricing is fairly cheap for the high quality of sushi you are receiving. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture because I was so excited to eat! I highly recommend this place for couples or friends who want a nice, quiet area with high quality food.

Great experience with tasty and creative rolls. Staff also kept tables well spaced and had excellent sanitation protocol, so we felt very safe while eating amazing food.

Recommended by a coworker, and I am so glad I tried it. Lots of gluten free options, great service, clean and beautiful ambiance. Can't wait to go back!

This place is beyond good. Service, environment and spacious dining. We had an array of choices but the waitress, Jess, was very helpful with her recommendations. We ended up trying at least 6 different rolls. And sorry but we ended with the mochi dessert which as you can see was very good. The cookies & cream, mango and strawberry were all good.

Great atmosphere, fabulous service, excellent sashimi and sushi in this new downtown Salt Lake City sushi restaurant. I rarely write reviews but I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Sushi was good. The cut they used on their nigiri salmon was different than what I’m used to. I don’t like the gray fatty matter as part of the salmon it.
