Yesterday I went to share a pleasant time with my family and what a disaster of attention, the juices were served to us in the worst possible way... how sad that I went to have a pleasant time and they even gave me a piece of celery practically complete without no type of presentation.

Came in today for early dinner. We ordered bone in wings extra crispy extra seasoned and it turned out really good. Veggies were fresh. Queso potato wedges were crispy and hella cheesy. Our server Max was awesome and super attentive. The guy host seems antisocial. I think what I’ve learned is to go in person to eat at this chain or order your food in person so you make sure they cook it right (I know that’s annoying) because I see how badly take out orders end up. When it comes to take out in general it’s just out of our control unfortunately.

We comes to Buffalo Wild Wings around 3 times a month. It is one of my kids favorite places. The food is always good and the service good. Tonight was excellent however. We had Max for the first time as our server and we were blown away!! Beyond courteous and professional!! Such a nice guy, hands down the best service we have ever had here. We will be asking to sit in his section every time. So rare to find someone like him!!

I hardly go on to share my bad experiences to not hurt the business. Buffalo Wild Wings had been my favorite place but their quality of food is so disappointing now. We ordered wings and got popcorn size wings and then there wasn’t enough sauce. They were dry and rock hard. Not going back here again. Very disappointed.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with my family! The service was okay, but when I asked for a chicken wrap with plain ranch, they gave me the spicy buffalo ranch! It was so spicy, I downed my drink and had to take my brother in laws water to get the spice to go away! The waiter was super nice to bring me what I ordered, but I didn’t feel so good after I ate the wrap! I’ve gotten food poisoning from two restaurants this week! I’m a little disappointed! I won’t be going to this restaurant again!

Completely mismanaged online ordering on Super Bowl Sunday. Front of house team leaders should be fired. People waiting, standing without any drink for over an hour when they placed their orders at 10AM.
