Went through drive-through. Had to repeat my first sandwich order 5 times. Finally, I got through ordering and paid. Took 20 min to get food. It was 2 western bacon (non-meals) and a kids meal.Food as expected for Carl's.Updates on exterior of building nice, but money should've been spent training staff instead.

Great store with kids play area. Anthony does a great job keeping up with the rush. He multi-tasks Sundays with drive-through, running orders outside to cars, and the counter. He is always smiling and friendly. Looks like a good team.
