Not intended to be "fine dining", but they seem to do a reasonable job of making a quick cheese-steak sandwich.I've been back a couple times and would go more often but it's not terribly convenient to march through the mall just to get a sandwich.For those who think the service was poor, I suppose you haven't been to Philadelphia for a cheese-steak, now THAT'S some rude service. These guys are great in comparison.

This place was alright. Not what I expected for a Philly cheesesteak, very little meat, mostly lettuce and tomatoes, taste was ok , bread was a little soggy. No receipt, so for $20 bucks I would probably go somewhere else

I don't know the name of who made my fries but she had long dark hair maybe in a ponytail on 4/2/2023 around 4:30 pm. I had family come over from California and has never ate somewhere like this since they are from a small town. But they had ordered 2 large sandwiches and 2 small fries a 1 bacon cheese fries. 1 the bacon cheese fries looked very small but okay that is marketing for you. But they were given 1 fry instead of 2 and they were told that it was 1 large instead of 2 small but in a very rude way as if they should've known like stop just stop it what kind of customer service is that. Never going to this one again after my family got treated that way

Along with what everyone else is saying, meat was not chopped and people who work there are not great. For $20 I thought I would have decent sandwich but i was wrong. I asked for refill on the drink and was told that it would be $.50 so I took my card out and she said ”cash only” I don’t carry cash so I could not get my drink refilled. I just asked for water and was told they could not do it.

Ok but didn’t they used to chop the steak up more? And the fries taste like the oil is from last Christmas.

Overall not a terrible place to eat. The people making the sandwiches don’t chop the steak on the grill like corporate trains people. The fries had an off taste to them due to possibly old or bad oil (not really sure). I gave two stars because, while safe, the food is just not very good.

This place used to be amazing, over the years it seems to get worst and worst every time. Fries no longer look nothing like the picture. One worker wears gloves while the other grabs raw food with no glove after ringing me up. Not sure what happened to this place but I miss when it was good food and not below average..
Went to the new location, and the Cheesesteak was not only delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared, but it looked beautiful! This place is a new favorite!

The picture says it all. I have never made a yelp before but this was so bad I had to warn people before they make the same mistake I make. I'm no food critic or no super healthy eater but I have never felt more disgusting after eating this slop. They advertise for this big juicy sub and you get a child's meal with hard any meat. It's prison slop. This company should be ashamed. I almost warned people in line by looking my at my food before they order. This is practically Robbery. Horrible food.

We ordered the cheese and bacon fries and it looked like the bacon wasn't cooked... the food looked different from what they had on the picture. The taste was so-so. I had to ask separately for some ketchup because they didn't give any.

We came from Ogden. Used to love the Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches. Meat was dry, hardly any onions, couldn't find any mushrooms. A hair was in my sandwich! Should have asked for a refund. We will never go again!
