They really need to hire more people or reduce online orders. The poor staff were super overwhelmed by the amount of people waiting. The staff also forgot the chips I paid extra for but with how overworked they were I can't blame them.

I have been here 5 times in the last 2 months and they have not rolled my burrito successfully. Please for the love of god I want a burrito that stays together and isn’t drenched. If you mess up rolling the first time, I deserve a new tortilla. One occasion an employee gave up and put it in a bowl. 0 stars.

6 people waiting in line and literally only one of the guys was working. One dude was literally sweeping nothing off the floor just to avoid having to help lol. It was pathetic. Then I get my bowl. When I tell you he put a half a spoon of rice I'm not kidding. I asked for double chicken and he was literally shaking the chicken out of the spoon. My double chicken was less than one single serving. This place is seriously embarrassing for whoever is managing it.

Chipotle has really gone down hill! Nothing tastes as good as it once did. And you cannot reach a live person by telephone for a specific location anymore!
This food is great, similar to other type Mexican burrito places they do it well.Parking: Typical for a mall type area with a number of restaurants the parking was chaotic.

The crew tonight was so nice! They were out of white rice and I’m pretty sure everyone that worked there apologized and then gave me a free drink and the rice was out within a minute. Super impressed!!

I live chipotle but neve have a good experience at this location. Ordered a salad with no beans or rice and got a bowl with just beans and rice

I ordered 1/2 chicken 1/2 carne asada bowl with brown rice. Scraped charred/hard rice off bottom of the container instead of getting me fresh rice, then charged me the $3 up-charge for carne asada, instead of splitting it. Chipotle used to be good 10 years ago. I should’ve read the google reviews before coming here.
