The rudest staff!! Management says, "what's your problem" when you ask a question. Definitely worth driving 5 min longer to another location. First interaction was the grouchy lady. I asked a question and she didn't understand me so she got the manager. Then the manager said,"What's your problem." Seriously that's how you address your customers. Then the girl bagging our food... didn't even put all of our stuff in the bag. Do yourself a favor and drive to the other surrounding locations.

Great fresh food, friendly staff providing fast service, cleanliness in the lobby and bathrooms. Also, Jed(I think that’s his name?) who works in the lobby deserves a big raise.

Dropped in for a few tacos to hold us over until dinner. Their tacos are pretty basic, lettuce, tomato, chicken. They served the purpose but not much more.

Service was great! The girl with really short blond hair helped us purchase our food and suggested using the app for a discount. She also took our plate when we finished. She deserves a raise. Great experience!

the two salad orders were COMPLETELY mixed up, one was vegetarian with veggies and no cheese because they don't do dairy. the other was meat with sour cream and extra cheese. what we got was a meat salad with veggies on it and a vegetarian salad with no veggies and the sour cream and cheese on it...the salad for the person who doesn't eat dairy!! extremely disappointed. every time this location is used for my order it is messed up. I won't be ordering from here anymore!

Food was good and the staff was very friendly. Giving 4-stars because the service was a little slower than I would’ve liked.

I have been to Costa Vida a few times, but I don't live in Utah so I am not too familiar with the menu. I came with my husband and 3 kids. The first staff in the line were friendly and fast. When I got past to the second employee things got weird. I was trying to understand what condiments were included with our meals, but the guy was acting funny. He whispered to the cashier to make sure to charge us for everything, as we were trying to get things for free. That was definitely not the case, and it was completely insulting. The line was also extremely slow. It seemed like they were busy with a large takeout order. Then it turned out that they forgot on of my kids meals. No apologies. No particular rush. When I went to complain it turned out that the rude employee was the son of the owner. I explained our problems, and she said there was nothing to do. Hopefully they can improve their customer service.

DISGUSTING. I went in there to "treat myself" to a "cheat" meal and the quality of everything was so bad. I got home and took one bite and threw it away. First off, they forgot my side of tortillas that I ordered. Second, their green dressing/ranch tasted so different, almost rotten. Also, they didn't put the sour cream or guacamole that I ordered. Will not go to this location again.. as this isn't the first time they've messed up.

So it's a toss up. My son loves this place and craves the food every weekend. We are different what we think is the best.Sweet Pork Burrito or Grilled chicken burrito? They are both packed with the meat and rice but the flavor is so much better in the pork with the roasted Chile sauce! My son thinks the chicken with the red sauce is better? You tell me ? Overall food is great, nice and clean! See you next weekend!

Usually my burrito takes up half of my tin. Today it was half the normal size. I hope this was a one time deal because I paid the same amount as normal and got half the serving. Good people though.

Portions were extremely small. They hardly put any meat in my burrito and was still starving after. I can’t even finish the burritos at cafe rio and I was still starving after eating at costa vida. Go to cafe rio instead, service is better and the portions are much larger.

my order was not correct. I selected curbside pickup and waited in the car for 10 minutes when I finally gave up and walked in. they said it was because they didn't have enough people to take orders out. 2 employees were just standing there and there was no customers in the restaurant. I paid for extra cheese and extra lettuce and got zero lettuce and pico and just a little cheese. My food was also cold when I finally got it. I had to ask for forks. if this was my first time eating at any Costa Vida, I would never come back.
