I rarely leave a bad review, usually if there’s a problem I always talk to a manager. Unfortunately, there’s no getting a hold of anyone, if you call no one will answer.If you like to pay for food that you don’t receive, then this is the place for you! The last time I got food from here, my order was completely wrong, my husband ordered a new item to try and got something completely different. We were missing other items as well. I sent a message to the company since no one would answer the phone. I got a response via email that someone would contact me from the store, never happened.After a few months I decided to give them another try. I ordered deluxe chili cheese fries, I got a box with fries and chili, no cheese or sour cream. My quesadilla was missing, but it was on the receipt. I order a chicken taco, they gave me a value ground beef taco. My order was $30 and wasn’t worth it.My advice would be to sit at the window and check all of your food before leaving, this place is a joke.

The wait time is unbelievable. However, the food is good. The restaurant is clean. The restrooms are also clean. The drive-through is very hard to turn as you’re going through it however it’s conveniently located at the corner of a light/intersection!Kid-friendliness: There is no playground however, inside the lobby, they have booth as well as tables and barstools for any type of big family to be able to dine in at.

It takes so long to get your food that you may forget what you ordered, but it doesn't matter because it's all delicious. The burritos are ginormous and everything you could ask for. I'm still not sure why a taco place gives you fries, though.. ?

I ordered a kids meal for my daughter 20 minutes in advance so that when I got there everything would be ready. I still had to wait another 10 minutes for my food because they put my order on the backburner. Orders at this location need to completed on a first come first serve basis otherwise there is no point in getting fast food.

Visited this place once a few years ago and it was dirty and gross and there were flies everywhere. I'm so glad I gave it another try. It seems like they've really cleaned up the joint. It's still a Del Taco, and all, but it's no longer a dirty Del Taco.
