I love Dutch Bros but this location really needs to work on their orders to make sure they are giving the right drinks as this is the 2nd time out of three visits that drinks have been wrong. Just today, ordered a Starry Night for someone, who is really picky. I dont order this drink the lid said 'starry' it was a yellow with red and blue coloring. When i dropped the drink off it was wrong. The right drink has only two ingredients, blue raspberry and blackberry. How did they go so wrong?

I am a local- I go to this location at least weekly not because it is right by my house, but because the staff is so kind! The location is in a great spot, it's always clean, I can tell the staff cares for the inside of the shop and it makes me comfortable that they care so much. I am so excited when I get to meet new broista faces and I love to see my regular friends!I LOVE how personable everyone is, and although the staff changes here and there- EVERY single employee is so sweet and caring and goes above and beyond for each person in line. I can literally talk to the staff about anything! They love to interact with their customers and that is so important.Dutch Bros is my safe place- I cannot speak more highly of Dutch Bros in general. Their atmosphere is great and I always know whoever is in the car with me can will get something that sounds good to them- even if it isn't coffee based. I would love to see a matcha tea there someday, but my coffee is always tasty and their new drinks are always fun. Being in marketing, I love great branding and this place always has the coolest signage. The free stickers on the first Wednesday are always so rad and I love collecting them!I brought my parents through a while ago and they were so impressed by the amazing customer service and even though they aren't coffee drinkers, they were able to enjoy hot chocolate with a variety of flavors- which are to die for! In addition, my partner is diabetic- they have great drinks even for him. Their app is great and I love to scroll through their endless drink options.I appreciate the attention to detail from the corporate world down to the individual stores. Each team seems so on board and excited to work with each other. The drinks are also very well planned- you can tell that even drinks that aren't coffee based are well thought out and optimized to perfection.Vegetarian options: Plenty of dietary inclusive drinks- for anyone worried about sugar, vegan, or essentially any other health needs.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options for diabetic, vegan, keto, etc!Parking: This location has I think 4 employee spots, but the location itself is within a massive parking area available to anyone- easily accessible and plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: I have taken my nieces here and they are always happy to get kids beverages!Wheelchair accessibility: I do not use a wheelchair, but there is a window you can pull up to that is right at arms length- their area is flat so you can easily roll up to the window from the parking lot or sidewalk!

The staff is usually pretty friendly and the drinks are usually pretty good, but, today's Dutch Love wasn't made anywhere near the one that was made yesterday.It was bitter, had no soft top and none of the sugar cookie taste. Kinda a let down. I've only ever had one other negative experience when I purchased a mocha and got a hot chocolate instead..Hopefully these were one offs, I'm not super keen to keep spending money on drinks if the consistency isn't there even while they're busy.

Normally I would give this place multiple stars, but not today. I pulled into their drive through because that's all they have unless you want to walk up and I waited. I was the second car in line and there were no other cars behind me or in the other lane.The employee who was outside taking orders saw me pull up. A few minutes later another car pulled in in the lane next to me.Instead of taking my order, she walked over to the other lane and proceeded to take the customer's order who arrived several minutes after me.I had and the other customer had just gotten there. Thr employee could clearly see that.There were several people in the car and had a feeling that every one of them was going to order because they were all adults so I decided to leave.So to the asshat who didn't wait his turn, I say, "Your mama should have raised you better" and to the idiot who works for this operation who intentionally ignored me, I tell her, " Great job...NOT...you just lost a $5/tip and your location a customer for life!"They might be busier and you might have to wait a little bit, but I would head over to the West Jordan location as the kids there can count cars and they know who was there first!
