Stay away. This place serves the worst chicken anywhere. I stopped by and picked up a 8 piece family meal at about 2:00 pm. When I got ho.e and everyone set down to eat, we found the chicken to be so small and the skin like rubber. It surely was cooked hours before. I'm pretty sure I've seen pigeons bigger. This was a complete waste of $32 as it was inedible.This was the first, and definitely the last time I will ever eat there.

Today, my team opted for El Pollo Loco for lunch. We compiled our individual orders and designated someone to handle the pickup.Personally, I requested a Chicken & Baja Shrimp tostada with extra avocado, and no beans or rice. Upon receiving our food back at the office and beginning our meal, it became evident that the order was inaccurately prepared. The salad contained only four shrimp, lacked chicken entirely, and included just three thin slices of avocado.This marks the second occasion where our to-go order was incorrect. Consequently, we have decided not to continue patronizing this location in the future.

I didn't enjoy my food. I got the chicken burrito with chips. I asked for avacado to be added. Thankfully they didn't forget. But it was only in the last two bites of my burrito and it was severely under ripe. I know with avacados it's a hard balance, but yuuuck. It's too expensive and I eat out too rarely to receive food like this. I have no complaints about the service.

I love this Pollo Loco Location!Delicious fresh, well seasoned chicken, yummy sides, the mac n cheese here is my favorite creamy and lots of cheese, the rice is really good, taste yummy for fast food rice the pinto beans are well seasoned and seem as if they are homemade. The mashed potatoes with gravy are well seasoned and creamy and have a yummy taste to them!!! The chips and flour tortillas seem as if they are homemade as well!! Definitely recommend! The staff here is very VERY friendly as well. Every time I go inside, I get a very pleasant experience with the managers and the cashiers! The salsa is soooooooo good too! Honestly, the food at this location is fresh, well seasoned, and hot, never cold, plus friendly service. I will say there might be a wait time, but.. that's okay because you will get fresh, yummy, delicious food! ?
