Four people working this location and I waited 25 minutes for 2 snow cones with just 1 or 2 snow cone orders ahead of me. Served my first snow cone and upon sticking my spoon into the cone part, the ice immediately collapsed to just the level of the middle of the cup, not even to the rim. For $6 what a rip off. Then I waited 15 minutes for the second one (I was finished eating my half sized serving by the time they got it done), while I watched the server exit the shack 3 times to throw away her messed up attempts at making the second one into the outdoor trash can (not very hygienic??). When the second snow come finally came they were out of the flavor I ordered (I guess because she messed it up so many times), and it too collapsed into just half the cup. Seems prices here went up and flavors are more watered down, shrinkflation. Plus they don't take debit cards. I used to own/run a shaved ice business so I know it can be done better. Instead of apologizing, the owner needs to train up these teens on how to time the thawing of the ice so the collapse doesn't happen and have back ups for flavors, not rocket science. Put a camera in the shack if need be. And stop watering down flavors to save $$ while charging $6 (more than a SBUX coffee) for ice and sugar water. I won't be back.

I have been here before and it was average. However, tonight I went before the posted closing time (10 pm) and it was already closed. I thought that was pretty lame.

Love the girls that worked this afternoon when I stopped by at 430. Extremely hard working, added lots of flavor and they had such a fun out going personality. It's refreshing to see such hard working young adults. I'll definitely be stopping by more often thanks to them and how sweet they were with my son when he gave them his order. I hope to be severed by them again in the future.

I went there Thursday and I there was a long hair in my shaved ice. There was also no flavor and the staff were very rude. They also got my order wrong and forgot my cap. So i will not be returning to this location.

The girl that took our order cared more about the boy then us and she was grumpy. It took a long time for 2 short boards, they had hardly any flavoring, the other girl asked us to repeat our order, then forgot snowcaps. Not awesome.

The customer service was super poor and the girl taking order was very short and did it incorrect. I didn't even go back up because she was so rude while ordering and picking up. Definitely will he going to a different location.

Best shaved ice! Great on a hot day. Good for families or a quick snack with friends. 10/10 recommend!! :)

Best shaved ice flavors and the portions are pretty generous. I drive 20 mins just to go this location because the service is great!

Great flavors and product. But 1 star for disastrous experience I had here today. We waited over 30 minutes for two single offerings because the lone employee was spending her time taking new orders as they came up instead of finishing orders in the queue. People were waiting in the grass and all over the asphalt in 90° heat due to poor planning on behalf of the staff. This place needs to hire more people for mid-day shift and/or train the staff not to run up a monstrous backlog of orders before making existing ones. If the slow Hawaiian music is causing this, time to switch from Don Ho to Rammstein to get orders out.

Our favorite shave ice place! Perfectly smooth, melts in your mouth, no big chunks of ice to crunch through. We love getting an ice cream scoop in the middle for an extra treat. The sizes are huge! Note that they can do a smaller size than listed - still plenty big for my kids - just ask! Our favorite location is the one in Draper but this one is great too. Hardworking, polite teens working inside.
