I love this little stand-alone shop; the franchise knows what Perfect Golden Goodness really means! Try the cheese sticks --- it's like a Grilled Cheese, yum!BTW, the Manager is a doll: friendly, polite and a hard worker!

My wife purchased hot dogs and drinks with her credit card. The credit card was charged twice for the same amount. She went back to the restaurant and showed the manager that she was charged twice and they wouldn't refund the money that was charged twice. The manager told her that it happens all the time and that it should be backed out in a couple of days and if it hasn't give them a call. This was on February 17, 2023 and it hasn't been cleared up as of yet. I put in a dispute with my banking and they haven't heard nothing back from Hot on a Stick in the South Towne Mall in Sandy Utah. I've tried to call them a number of times but it says that the mailbox hasn't been set up so I don't know how to get a hold of them.
Drive thru conveniently located in the parking lot of the shopping plaza. Staff have always been friendly.

Two separate times w two separate employees they told me the price and then charged my card a much higher amount. One time i only have 5$ on my card and my total was 3.83$ and they said the card declined so i looked why and told them "its because you tried to charge me 23.83, this happened two times. Double check your purchase. Especially at drive thrus when they take your card to the machine and you cant see.
