Very good food, but also very dirty, all the tables have crumbs and garbage on them.

Food was okay, but not sure if my order was correct. Service was quick. Not a lot of people, no line for a Friday night. I had heard this was such a good place that I think my expectations were set high. It was okay, but not great.

Once we paid our ice cream, we were notified that it would be well over a 30 min wait. This was a terrible experience. We love Iceberg, but do not see us coming back again.

Let me be honest after trying a couple of things on this menu the only truly good things are the fries and shakes. The burgers have a unwanted gammie flavor that over powers all the other flavors in the burgers. The fries on the other hand are really crispy delicious. Also go well with well thought out shakes. The place was pretty dirty and there where random rappers around. The floors weren't clean either. The service was okay it felt like they were just there. The food was athletically please but bad in taste. Wouldn't really recommend this location. Also the menu was very limited on options there where I basically had to guess my order. It would be nice to have all the options of burgers and fries on the menu and with food sizes. I do understand that the menus where very small but you have a whole blank wall space. I also think it is very cool how they had the different shake sizes 3-D printed props to that.

UPDATE!! UPDATE!! UPDATE!! UPDATE!!The owner responded with,” did you bring it to the attention of the staff.” Yes, yes, we did. And guess what happened? They made one of the new shakes without an ingredient that was supposed to be in the shake and it wasn’t mixed well at that. So, that’s 2 for 2. Any other questions, owner? And don’t worry, we will not be coming back, even with a free replacement. We all know, the free replacement mention is just to save face to the other readers on this review platform. The best thing about this location is the lobby, although, being in a strip mall isn’t really that amazing. All these places are cloned. The staff were unprofessional.Visited on the evening of February 19,2024.Made a simple order of 2 shakes and they messed up one of them. How do you mess up 50% of your order? And the shakes were watery and one of them was below the rim. Correct me if I’m wrong about iceberg, but aren’t they known for above the rim shakes?Very strange location. I would NOT recommend going to this store in Sandy nor will I ever go back.

We went to the sandy store and this is the slowest service I have ever had. It took forever to order, the guy that took out order seemed put out and we waited a ridiculous amount of time for our ice cream. I do not think I will go back.

Was very impressed with this Iceberg. I have only had iceberg in St. George to get their ice cream. Today we tried their food after skiing. Got the pastrami burger and fries. Good portion sizes and plenty of sauce. Shakes are huge and always good. $12 to be full.

First of all I ordered pickup.. and I was sitting right in front of the door. So pleeease tell me why the food was cold.My experience horribleTwo girls in there I am the ONLY customer in the whole place. They looked at me like I was going to rob the place. No greeting NOTHING, I finally said I am here for a pick up. She goes to the back (without saying anything) puts the cold nasty food in a big ole paper bag, and hands it to me, once again not saying anything. Until I said thank you.I gave two stars, for the original iceberg down on 39th S and 7th East.I see why it's empty in there...Also, please do not give me an obligatory canned response, like I hope you will see me again.. Cause I can tell you now you won't.And what's wrong with seasoning the food?? That was the nastiest tasting burger. And the onion rings were hard and the onion part was actually cold...???

Showed up at 8pm & the cashier seemed upset & put out that I would have the audacity to be there so late. They don't close until 10pm. ? No one said "Hello", "Hi", "Thank you" or "My pleasure." Not kind or friendly at all. Look, I know working in the food industry sucks but kind manners go a long way. What a bunch of babies!

I love their fries, but this time there was only one person doing everything and the fries and tots were way too brown! The burgers were good. The shake was great! My tea was a bit weak.

We ordered Door Dash from here and we were disappointed. They forgot our drink, fries and fry sauce. We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and they gave us fried chicken instead, which my son was fine with and enjoyed it. My husband's burger was like a hockey puck. I'm only giving 2 stars because the shakes were good and the couple onion rings that weren't burnt were good, but these ones were completely burnt.

I had a delicious Burnt Almond Fudge shake. Elizabeth helped me and said something surprising...."I'll bring it out to you. " That level of service was something new. Generally people say your name and walk away from the counter. In a customer service world, when there 3 or 4 people in the whole shop, why can't you just take their food to them.Nice work Elizabeth!
