I feel bad for the workers at this location. 6 people working and no organization whatsoever. They move slowly and took me over half an hour for a to-go order that I placed online 20 mins prior. They need a better system or maybe don’t offer online ordering if they can’t handle it.

As far as sandwich shop franchises go, I really like Jersey Mike’s. The food is always fresh and the service is great. I came in here once with my toddler and while I was ordering he grabbed a bag of chips and impulsively slammed them on the ground. I looked at the worker in horror and apologized saying I’d of course pay for them. But they said not to worry and that we could keep them no charge. Five stars just for how nice they all were!

Came in for lunch. Everyone was smiling. The greeting was perfect. The person at the register with the scars was extra kind to me and my family. Food was perfect and delicious ?
The team was quick to get our sandwiches made, and they tasted great restroom for perfect and cleaned. Definitely shaped up. These guys are doing a good job.

We ordered 3 provolone and cheese sandwiches. One added avocado. But they put avocado on all 3 sandwiches instead of just the one. So I was not able to eat my sandwich because I am allergic to avocado. Very negative experience. Please pay attention to orders. If I would not have looked and just dived in, I could have gone into anaphylaxis and had major problems. Please be more conscious and safe during busy times.
