I ordered lunch on the app at 12:25. I understand that it’s lunch time, but 30 minutes later, the app was still showing that my order was confirmed. I called the location to ask for an eta on my order. They said that they were just making order and that it would arrive shortly. An hour after placing my order, I still did not have any updates through the app. I called again, a little frustrated that the “freaky fast” delivery was freaky slow and wanted to cancel my order. The person on the phone finally let me know that they had a delivery person call out sick, and that he was leaving with my sandwich. I’m disappointed that after my first call, this was not explained. Im also very disappointed that I got a half baked apology for the delay.

The girl working tonight (Aug. 18 8:30pm) has amazing customer service. She was beyond nice and was so quick and efficient even though she was the only one working. She deserves a raise or promotion. Super professional and so sweet! Loved her.

Delivery is more often a miss than a hit. I consistently wait 50+ minutes for my order to arrive and I live under 5 minutes away. I’ve never received my order “freaky fast” from this location. On top of the slow delivery, the sandwiches come poorly made compared to other locations. At this point I don’t even know why I bother.

First time at this location. I did a fairly large pickup order online. I had names listed for each sandwich. When I got to the location I let the little girl behind the counter know I had a pick up order. She just stared at me for a minute, acted put-out and directed me to the rack behind me. "Your order is right there". No "thank you" just attitude. Got the order home and there were no names on the sandwiches. Everyone had to open each other's sandwiches to try to figure out which one was who's. We gave up and just ate one. As everything else is these days, the meals were way too expensive for crappy service. The sandwiches tasted fine, but NOT impressed at all with the staff at that location.
John Soderquest and Devin SpilmanCompleted my sandwiches quickly while I waited. They were carefully made with my kid's special instructions. They were delicious. This is my 1st time here. I will be back. Thank you for a great experience!

I come to this location all the time and usually my food is perfect but today I ordered the veggie sandwich with no tomato. when I got home to eat it there was no avocado spread & barely any lettuce :(

Food was good. We decided to eat inside, however while eating we watched the guy slicing the meat with gloves on answer the phone with the same gloves on then return to slicing meat and placing it on the table with those same gloves. It was kinda gross because who knows how often the clean the phone and just overall it was kinda eye opening and very unappealing. Food was good but I kinda lost my appetite after my cousin pointed that out to me.

I order a Beach Club to go as usual and this time they put very little turkey almost nothing i went back an hour ago and they told me that’s the normal amount which I know is not true because I always order it and they didn’t want to make me a new one so Disappointed ☹️
