That's the first time I've been to Jim's family restaurant in 20 years back then I remember it being awesome and good service and good food and I have to say today was no different the food and service and atmosphere was very very awesome five stars to the staff at Jim's family restaurant ?? I totally recommend them!

They're a lot like a budget airline. Nickle and dime for little things. Never in 40 years of going there was I charged for minor substitutions. Time to go elsewhere I think.

Usually I love this place and I always leave happy. Today the waitress was not kind she was so rushed and it was unpleasant. My sandwich was horrible. She just really rushed us and they didn’t even cook the sandwich all the way. Cheeseasn’t melted at all
