This location consistently says the mobile order is ready yet I have to wait about 20 minutes in the lobby for my food to be finished. Hopefully corporate looks into this because there are always multiple people waiting for their food.

I usually get great food from here, but today I ordered 8piece chicken meal. The chicken was very burnt and the biscuits weren't cooked enough. I tried calling for about 1/2hour but the line was busy. Pretty sure I'm not the only one complaining today!!

Food took 15 minutes for a 5 piece and chizza combo. By the time I got the food it was soggy and cold, not worth the $27. Wouldn't recommend this

If i can give 0 star i would do it! The customer service was really bad! I called and told them that we did not get any thighs what we requested. We clearly ordered thighs 8pcs and when we get home, no thighs at all! I feel like they did it on purpose! The lady on phone i was talking to was so rude!! She never apologize but just keep arguing with me that she gave me what i requested. I’m not going to call them if I receive the right part I ordered. Will never recommend this place!

I went to the drive thru not only did the cashier add a $16 to my bill they tried to lie about it I went in the store and the man’s was right there I guess she’s allowing this . Watch when you go here they are putting charges on the bill and they didn’t even put my grandson fries in his kids meal UPDATE; I came again and it’s been 30 minutes there’s no customers and THE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO HANDLE THIS ASAP IM POSTING IT

Quoted me 10 mins for nuggets at the drive thru, 40 minutes go by with no response, I’m told to go in by one of the staff , they completely forget what I ordered and the fact that I paid , don’t come here unless you’ve got no plans for the rest of the day. I told the manager the severity of my situation and she just brushed me off, didn’t attempt to apologize, didn’t even care.
