He wen’t completely out of his way to customize our order & I’ve never had anyone be so helpful & kind at this sandy (about 700 East 9100 South) location!! In fact they are usually rude!! Bad experience, can't get online orders right or on time. Honestly, no point to get a little Cesar pizza anymore, too expensive. Papa Murphy is $7 and so is domino's.

Little Caesars is one of my favorite pizzas but there’s one caveat-It needs to be fresh, right out of the oven. The introduction of the pizza portal was a huge game changer! This franchise however doesn’t seem to care about it, or it’s optional. Out of the last six times I’ve ordered pizza there they have only executed the portal correctly once. They will either not put it in the portal and just stick it in one of the holding ovens and you just sit there waiting and waiting and waiting as your pizza dies. Or, they will take their hot and ready stuff and put it in the portal like they actually made it fresh which is unbelievable. Also, they have had some of the rudest employees I’ve ever ran into. One followed me out into the parking lot and was super aggressive when I started complaining about the service.

Pretzel pizza AND a STUFFED CRUST??bliss plus bliss, little ceasers stills the show. The young man working the counter deserves a raise ? ( brown hair with an accent) customer service you don't get anymore is here at this location and that's what keeps customers. Update 2/24/24 pizza was perfectly cooked and the crust is as good as I remember it in the early 90s, light,fluffy and almost an eggy yummy taste.

Love this location. Love little Caesars. They accidentally made my pizza different than ordered and promptly fixed the issue and sent me with the additional pizza for free. I like the people that work

I ordered a pizza and crazy bread. The pizza was good. However the crazy bread was NOT it looked like they cooked it for about 3 minutes. It was hot, but I basically got a bag of bread dough. I will not be back I will travel the extra mile to go to the store on 8700 s 1300 e. Much better! Never disappointed.
I ordered my food and they charged me twice. They got offended and when I tried to get a refund they refused to give it to me even after I showed them the two same transactions in my banking app. What could have taken five minutes to do in the restaurant took my bank two weeks to handle. I know that fast food sucks. I worked in it just a year ago, but at least make sure you aren't cheating your customers. The food was not worth the trouble or the wait, I would not recommend going here.

If I could give zero I would but I can't. My husband went to buy 3 pizzas, one Hawaiian, one with pepperoni and one with 3 meats, in total he was going to pay more than $30. He arrived with a $50 bill and they didn't want to sell it to him, because they can't get a $50 bill if they were only going to give him change like $15, how could they not? I used worked at a little Ceasars, and yes they could pay with a $50 bill if they bought more than $30, it seems dumb to me, we will never go there again.

What used to be budget pizza at a low price is now budget pizza an over average pizza costs. Dominos is now much cheaper than your pizzas at a x2 the quality. Good Luck. I hear little ceasars will be going bankrupt soon. Wont be buying pizza here again and I have been a customer for over 20 years.
