I still wasn't given what I asked for. My husband's sandwich was cold in the middle and he had asked to have it redone and went through three different workers before getting his sandwich redone.

Way over priced for what you get. Diner prices for drive through quality. Ordered for take out and it was stapled shut when I got it so I trusted it was all there but realized later they forgot the tomato soup. Overall disappointing. Would not bother trying it again.

The food was good, but all of the meat on my sandwich was in one large clump in the middle of the bread that I had to open and spread around. I'd also pass on the broccoli cheddar soup next time.

This place was not good at all. The pictures look appetizing so that is why I went. I didn't know what to get and there was no line so I was looking at the menu for a minitue and the lady was angerly waiting. I asked the lady what she recommended. She said the chicken parm. But the way she said it, it looked like she just wanted me to order. So I ordered the chicken parmesan and for my son I got him the regular 4 cheese original grill cheese sandwich. Once I got my meal first of all the 4 cheese was not 4 cheese it was one cheese and it looked like the fake kraft cheese that you get at the store. It was dry and didn't have any flavor. I wish I had my phone to take pictures but it was so bad that we just threw it away. The fries had no flavor. The chicken parmesan was not even hot. It tasted like the chicken was in the freezer for a long time. Not a fan at all. If I don't like something I just don't go to the place anymore, I never write a review. But this pace was so bad that I needed to say something. Not going ever again

Ordered a chicken Parm sandwich. The chicken was rubbery and the sandwich had more sauce than anything. Half the sandwich was basically sauce and cheese. $10 for a below average sandwich feels like robbery. Couldn't really even eat the sandwich, but at least the lemonade was ok.

Had a great experience here! Ordered a four cheese sandwich and my friend got a bbq brisket melt and they were both delicious!! Satisfied my craving for greasy food. The employee who got me my food told me to wait for a moment to give me napkins that I didn’t even ask for, it was so sweet! Good spot at Southtown Mall!

First of all this place is extremely overpriced. They pulled my burger patty out of a metal steam tin and it was watery, unseasoned, and nearly identical to a meatloaf. The service was terrible and all employees seemed groutchy and were all working in what seemed like slow motion. The portion size was small, the burger was low quality and covered in excessive onions. By far the worst choice and priciest place in the food court.

Was literally one of the best sandwiches i’ve ever had.
Tasty, greasy and fattening artery clogging food. I felt guilty eating the food but I couldn’t stop because it was yummy. The patty melt was 4/5, bacon cheese taters 5/5Tomato basil 3/5 a little too sweet.They take a while to cook but it was very fresh. Don’t expect impeccable service but it was fair.

They gave me a burnt sandwich with pickles when I asked for without, and the cook guy came out and told me that it was going to look like that no matter what. He had a horrible attitude about it talking to me like I was stupid. I would NOT waste money here.

Food was as good as mean as the servers are.I get it, working at a food place sucks, and I empathize with that. I didnt throw a fit, didnt ask for a sup, and was as polite as I could be. Understandbly I read dozens of these and go "yeah right" but to get mad at me when I say "hey I ordered a chicken avocado, not a turkey bacon" and I get "we don't have a turkey avocado" with the meanest of attitudes and want ro fight me when the ingredients are visible to both sides of the counter makes for a great valentine's story ?The sandwich was solid tho, just wouldn't recommend to anyone with a temper that goes zero to a hundred then it goes waffle house fast?
