Got there at 11:15, not busy at all, still was told it would be a 10-20 minute wait. It was, even though there were lots of open tables and it was not busy. Got my menu, and all of the good things are no longer offered! No Chicken Marasella, No Stuffed Chicken Marasella, no Steak Gongorza, and several of my other favorites are no longer offered. Now it is just pasta bowls, not for me anymore

Food is going downhill. It doesn't taste fresh anymore. Service seems "hurry up and leave" kind of attitude. Sad, it used to be my favorite place.

Sure, here's a more casual restatement with corrected grammar:I've been wanting to go to Olive Garden with my husband for about six months, and we decided to wait until our anniversary to go. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. First of all, our waitress seemed rushed and not very friendly, which made the atmosphere awkward. Couldn't catch her name. My husband ordered the chicken gnocchi soup, but it was disappointing—it was overly thick and more like canned condensed chicken soup, with very few gnocchi and chicken pieces. My soup (zuppa toscana) was decent. Our entrees were okay, but the breadsticks were dry.The most frustrating part was when we asked for a takeout container for our soups, breadsticks, and extra Alfredo sauce. Initially, one staff member said it was possible but would take time because they needed to make fresh gnocchi soup. However, our main server later informed us that takeout for these items wasn't allowed because it's all-you-can-eat only within the restaurant, which seemed inconsistent since we were able to get breadstick refills to go. We paid $70 and couldn't even take our leftovers home.To add to the disappointment, we didn't receive the chocolate mints at the end, as our server left abruptly after refilling our breadsticks and sauce. I wanted to ask for them, as they're a favorite of ours, but I felt too embarrassed and just left. Overall, our anniversary experience was underwhelming, especially for the price. I've had better service at other restaurants like Chili's or even McDonald's. Olive Garden should do better with their service.

My sister and I go there every few weeks. Everyone there is friendly. A great meal.Parking: Pull in and parked fairly close to the entrance. There is more parking close to the entry for customers to wait for their orders to go than handicap ♿️ spaces. I'm handicapped.

I'm a big fan of the lunch specials, especially the never-ending soup, salad & breadsticks. Your mom has never made anything as addictive as the chicken & gnocchi soup. If you haven't tried it, quit depriving yourself. For general entrees, the chicken parmigiana is a classic, as is the lasagna classico. But I don't think anything is as good as the chicken & shrimp carbonara. Heads up, the magic is that it's drowned in butter. This location is pretty good at getting you in and out in an hour or less. Odd, our server, was efficient and courteous, and great to proactively bring out additional soups and drinks. The gnocchi was lacking its flavorful pizzazz on my most recent visit, but a few twists of the salt shaker corrected that. While not my favorite location (that honor belongs to Provo), it's still Olive Garden and a good place to gather for a meal.

Bad bad and even more badAll started out great until it wasn't.Main course took Forever then it was not right, I order the same dish all the time, what I got should have been called "slop"!It was pasta covered in sauce with a few pieces of chicken, not grilled and way too much sauce, so the manager came and offered free dessert wow! Asked for it to go then our server decided to help a table of 10, 10 more minutes, then another server decided to help load the leftovers, my wife's spaghetti was about as much water as noodles the container turned sideways in the bag on the way home ruining our free inedible dessert,Why when we're charged so much now for food do we have to endure such terrible service too?

If you want a snack or something as a side order, the bread sticks with the Alfredo dip. They do an excellent job here. It is so good!! We got it one day, and the kids ate it all before we knew it. We ended up getting it the next day, too. It went great with our pasta dinner!
