I never give bad reviews, so this regrettably marks the first time. But, this is the second time at the same Panda Express located at Quarry Bend where they keep charging more than they should & they will not refund you the difference. Her name on the receipt is Socorro, and she will tack on extra charges(for example: repeatedly charges for bigger plate when I ordered a normal one). And when you show her the receipt she will make an excuse as to why she charged you extra that makes absolutely no sense. I saw her do this to an elderly gentleman who was after me as I waited nearby show her my receipt. Don't get me wrong, the food is good but you WILL be charged extra if you are ordering in large quantities. PLEASE watch your receipt & what they charge you for.

I'm not one to usually complain. Mistakes happen. Not doing anything TO FIX those mistakes is another story. We ordered a to go order with fried rice, and our order didn't come with the fried rice. When we went to bring our food back so that we could get what we wanted, and instead of fixing it, the employee told us, "You can jump back in line and order it. It's not that expensive." Seriously?? That's not the point! This was YOUR mistake, we shouldn't have to pay for a whole new item because you messed up.

I ordered my food at 7:40 and pickup time was 7:59 which is completely fine I get there at that time and now I’m waiting another 15-20 minutes for teriyaki chicken. That is absolutely ridiculous you clearly saw my order when it came in and if you weren’t gonna have enough you should started it at that moment it absolutely does not take 40 minutes to cook some chicken. DO BETTER

My roommate and I were on our way back home from across town, so this Panda Express is not close. We went through drive to be quicker and get food back to his wife. I ordered half chow mein and half fried rice with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken, his wife got chow mein with double orange chicken, and he got chow mein with mushroom chicken and string bean chicken. We got our food, then drove all the way back home on the other side of town and we started pulling the food out. I noticed I had no orange chicken or teriyaki chicken. My roommate called and I drove back roughly 15 minutes or so. I got back went into the restaurant and they said are you the guy from drive that didn't get his food. I had the receipt and the food that they messed up. I then had to wait for them to make new teriyaki chicken. The option at this point was for me to get my food I ordered or a refund. So I ended up paying for the mistake they made in gas and time. The two managers on duty were Abby who spoke to me for a few minutes and Emmanuel who seemed to just yell at the employees like a slave driver. Isaac was the employee helping me and his managers left him out to dry to talk to me tell I asked for a refund. They offered coupons, bit if you had this experience, would you want to go back?

We went to the drive through and waited for 10 minutes for someone to help us. There was 1 person in front of us. The worked got snarky and mean after we said “hello?”. He was downright rude and we will not be wasting our money on this excuse of a business that can’t afford to train their workers in customer service.

I just picked up my Kung Pao Chicken Bowl….. super pissed! There was only two little crumb pieces of chicken in the whole thing, it was mostly vegetables and rice. Won’t be going back.

7 minutes just standing inside online and drive up window is all the where doing. So walk in is a real wait. I will not be going here again.
