The food is pretty good, but every time I go the employees look like the hate there life. The customer service is honestly really bad, the workers seem annoyed and tend to complain in front of guest.

First and last time ordering from any potbelly’s location (I ordered from the Sandy location). I was eating my sandwich and bit into a plastic wrapper that was inside the sandwich! Absolutely unacceptable.

We drive from Roy (45 mins) to get one of their sandwiches! The bread is perfect, there is actually enough meat where every bite I take there is some. I only wish they had one closer and a few other toppings to choose from. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the food the sandwiches were delicious and the pot pie soup was even better. We also tried the strawberry and cold brew shake both were delicious. The staff wasn't the most friendly and could use more training on that but we would still return as the food is really good I wish there was more locations.

Came here to try a new sandwich shop and had the worst service imaginable. Couple in front of us got their order mixed up with mine and manager blatantly ignored us when we mentioned that they were messing up my sandwich instead of the couples meal in front of us. After the manager realized that it was my sandwich (after mentioning it to him multiple times) proceeded to get snarky like it was my fault. We ended up just walking out of here purely based off of second hand embarrassment towards the staff and other customers. We got a soup as well but they didn’t have the toppings they are supposed to for it so we decided not to get it as well.

My favorite chain from the Midwest is finally back in UT. The absolute best sandwiches.
I never leave reviews, but I had to this time. The food is terrible, not fresh and old tasting. The serving size is ridiculously small, basically over-priced garbage. I will never go back.

I’d give no stars if I could. Remember to check your receipt before you leave. I went in a couple of weeks ago and ordered 1 cup of chili and 1 bowl of chicken pot pie soup. Didn’t realize until I got home I was charged for two of each. So I called, The person on the other line asked me, so what do you want me to do about it? Do you want to come in and get another soup and chili and I told him no thank you that I’d like to be credited for the over charge. He said well I needed to come in with my receipt which is a drive for me. I live in Woods Cross. Their location is in Sandy, but I went down there talk to the manager Mark and he took a picture of my receipt and said he’d have to run it through management to get my refund and it should take 2-3 days to see in my account that was over a week ago. I realize it was only about $12 dollars but how many others are they overcharging?

Russian roulette on the customer service. Either amazing and friendly staff or people that makes me question why I chose potbelly in the first place. The food is good but expect half of the menu to the “out” when you go there. Bonus: want to feel like you are bothering someone for just existing? Go between 8:30pm-closing for added frustration as the staff looks at you like you are doing something wrong for being there.

They openly discussed shorting people on meat because they weren't using the scales, and i know the shorted the kind man in front of us too trying to get dinner for his wife. My nearly $10 dollar turkey sandwich had 2 slices of turkey on it. The sandwich maker just shrugged it off when being called out. This is unacceptable and to openly acknowledge that they weren't doing it right but still giving people their food is atrocious.
