The food is good, but if you want a friendlier experience with the staff (or more condiments to go with your food—without paying extra), go to one of Rancherito’s other Salt Lake locations. This has definitely been the poorest experience of the three locations we’ve gone to (Riverton and West Jordan)

I always love coming here for my personal dinners and doordash delivering. Employees are wonderful always kind. My absolute favorite dish is the Mixed fajita plate with chicken,steak and shrimp (Highly recommend!)Parking: Always plenty parking. The lot is huge!Kid-friendliness: They have a kid menu with plenty of child favorites!

Tried for the first time and ordered the cheese nachos special via the drive through. It was chips topped with cheese, steak, jalepenos, and corn. It tasted better than it looked. A few things:- Service: the worker’s communication was almost unintelligible through the intercom. Food came out immediately. This is another fast food establishment that hands you a clip board with your receipt to confirm a tip amount. I’m so tired of fast food places, especially at the drive through, asking for tips. For that reason this is a one and done place to eat for me.Food: tortillas chips were good. They load up with steak. The steak pieces didn’t look appetizing but they weren’t too bad. They could put more cheese on the chips. The red salsa brought it all together. Nachos were about $15 with tax and tip.It was a decent amount of food and we ate it all.
We have been coming to this location for years! But the last several months since they raised their prices they have also been cutting back on the amount in their burritos. Super disappointed because we have been customers for so long. My burrito today was thin and mostly tortilla as you can see by the picture.
