We came here Sunday and my youngest had the veggie pizza and ended up violently ill less than an hour after eating it. We had only got the pizza and a small spaghetti and meatballs meal. Needless to say we threw the remaining food away without touching it. Thankfully the little one is doing better now but we will likely never eat here again.

I have been a Sbarro customer for a long time and I had a terrible experience with an employee named Ada. I have a guest who doesn't speak English and she went to place an order and the employee didn't want to speak Spanish since she is Mexican, she was rude and uneducated saying she would have to speak English because she is here in America, I agree with her wanting to live here, but not as a visitor. She was very rude and uneducated. We are customers, I imagine that in any country in the world the customer has to be treated well, as a store depends on customers for its operation, if you are treated well, you will come back!!!

Food is not great at all, Everything is Way Undercooked , We all have bad stomach issues right now along with just grease on our pizzas, Im From New York and this is not it should at least know how to bake the pizzia at a certain temperature 800 and 900 degrees F. Plz take note

Staff is great and very courteous. The counters were clean. The breadstick was full of flavor. My son didn't care for the spaghetti that much. It didn't have the flavor he was looking for. The pizza was okay for the price.

Made a order over the phone, and I gotta say that Francisco was very friendly and helpful, he made sure to accommodate and have my food hot and ready by the time I come pick up. I ordered spinach stromboli, and it was delicious. This location is by far better than fashion mall one or downtown.

I’ve always have a great experience when visiting this location. Everything always taste fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and have great customer service! Francisco siempre nos atiende bien y tiene muy bien servicio al cliente. 5/5 i would recommend!

The management should look into hygiene. The staff are using the same gloves that they were wearing to mop the floor and wipe the counter to pick up the pizza. That is unhygienic. It’s a turn off. I cancelled my orders. And I agree with the reviews here service is very slow. 2 at the back and 1 mopping floor!
Love the takeout, always so good- I put it under the broiler for less than 1 minute to get it extra hot again once I get home.

Pizza is amazing ? I love it, my wife loves it and my kids love it! Always order two slices, and end up lining up again for another 2! They also offer free refills! I didn't even know but the cashier told me so and I really appreciated that little piece of info. Pizza always tastes great and fresh, will continue to come here.

Food was really good and give it 5 stars, but the Menu was too confusing to understand and to find prices for the food you wanted to eat. When we asked the workers how much each item was they did not know. Then they add 3.99% if using credit card. They did not tell us it would be more.

I have honestly never seen a crew work as slow as this crew in my life. That being said, pizza was great, the resturant was clean, but no one moved with a purpose or like they care. Specific types of pizza were sold out and when asked if there were more of that type (wife has extreme dietary restrictions) the server didn’t even know the pizza was out despite the entire tray being empty. The server moved extremely slow. There was also a deal going on, 2 slices of pizza and a drink for $10.99. I told the server that’s what we wanted, and the cashier rang us up for two individual pizzas with NO drink and it costs $2 more than the deal. The server “gave us a free drink” to make it right- even though we already paid MORE than the advertised deal. Service was not adequate or efficient from a business standpoint. It was painful to watch. 1/5 for service, 5/5 for food and cleanliness. The crew either needs to be paid more, so they are happy to work there, or retrained, or both.
